Hello,

I am having some serious problems with withdrawals at these two sites. I have $302 pending in one, and $1306 pending in the other. They are 2 months and 1 month overdue, respectively.

Below is the email I have written today to Play4treasure about the $302 withdrawal:
--------------------------------------
Hello,

I have made a withdrawal on April 5, 2003 in the amount of $302.00 via Neteller and have yet to see it credited. I have been told repeatedly via email and via live chat that they will have the process "expedited." In the latest conversation I had with the customer rep, I was told that I could expect it at or around the end of May. It hasn't happened as of today, June 2, 2003. This money has been on hold for much, much too long (almost two months).

I have been told and understand that the cashier support has been changed from player support to player center and there are supposedly delays associated with that. But 2 months for a simple withdrawal of $302.00 is quite unfathomable. A neteller transfer takes no more than a minute to do and the transfer speed is instant. There is no reason whatsoever for a withdrawal of this nature to take 2 months. Please get back to me ASAP regarding the withdrawal and credit my neteller account with the funds. Thank you and I eagerly look forward to your response.

Regards

And below is the email I've written today to Foxgambling.com regarding the $1306 withdrawal:

--------------------------------------
Hello,

I have made a withdrawal on May 8, 2003 in the amount of $1,306.00 via Neteller and have yet to see it credited (I originally made a $1,000 deposit). I have been told via email and via live chat that they will have the process "expedited" and that I could expect it at or around the end of May. This is quite a lot of money for me and it has been on hold for much, much too long. Please get back to me ASAP regarding the withdrawal and credit my neteller account with the funds. Thank you and I eagerly look forward to your response.

Regards

I have had many email and live conversations with these people, and they always say the same thing. I somehow doubt that it will be any different this time. I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks,

Speak with Shawn Cameron at Fox. He "was" managing the casino in April. Here's his E-mail.

scameron@foxgambling.com

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

A lot of complaints have been posted on various forums about "slow pay" with many FutureBet sites.

Yeah, I noticed the "underlying possibility"
that it looks like..

Could also be "Scamer on"@FoxGambling...

Note to Shawn.... get a "new" e-mail addy... :uhoh:

Is this casino listed on the "rogue casino" list?

If it is not, it should be. Waiting one week, one month is too long to wait on a cash in. Either the casino doesn't have enough money to pay out winners or it is a rogue casino scamming you.
:axeman2:
I hope it works out for you, but this is unacceptable and the casino is scramming you by prolonging the pay out.

Casino Meister, is it time to add them to the "rogue list"?

I'm disappointed to see Foxgambling under the whip here, because I have positive recollections of the impressive posts and activity of Shaun Cameron when they first appeared over a year back. They really looked as if they had great promise and good management.

Perhaps they are the victims of Futurebet deficiencies, as there have been many allegations recently that FB casinos have slowed way down in payout speeds? In which case it could be time for a change.

Have they ever paid out fast? The only time I have been paid inside a week was my first withdrawal from Black Rhino. My 2nd withdrawal from Black Rhino has been "pending" for almost a year now. :)

I don't think any Futurebet site pays out inside a month although racetrack probably would claim otherwise (Sea of Gold)

Valles stated... "I don't think any Futurebet site pays out inside a month although racetrack probably would claim otherwise (Sea of Gold)"

Can you read?? The words aren't difficult to understand... Read what I posted....

"A lot of complaints have been posted on various forums about "slow pay" with many FutureBet sites."

And what the fuck does this have to do with SeaofGold?? Where did I mention them?? :flamemad:

Play at Lasseters. Good check in 10days or less.Neteller faster than that.
No reverse once you withdraw. That allows you to get some money in your pocket.I win there.

I've already tried emailing scameron@foxgambling.com a couple weeks or so ago, and there was no reply. Tried it this time as well with the same result. I also tried emailing support and the manager at both sites foxgambling a couple days ago. There is no reply from Play4treasure as of today. As for Foxgambling, there was another apology and a promise to have the cash-in processed soon. Two days later, still nothing. Things are looking grim.

As for changes with futurebet management, I've been told a number of times that their cash-in processor has recently been changed from Playersupport to PlayerCenter (this change purportedly happened after I made my withdrawals from Foxgambling and Play4treasure), and supposedly from now on all cash-ins processed via PlayerCenter is paid out in the same day. They're telling me Playersupport is still undergoing "delays" from outstanding payments due. Bunch of bullsh*t as far as I'm concerned.

He once posted this on Winneronline:

My name is Marc Linehan and I am an accounts supervisor at Worldwide Support, the licensor of the FutureBet gaming software. As part of our companys ongoing commitment towards standing behind our software, our focus is directed towards providing whatever assistance I can to our licensees, and, if necessary, their players. Please feel free to email me at service@worldwidesupport.com I would be happy to immediately address and resolve any issues you may have.

Just received the following reply from Marc Linehan:

Dear Yury,

I am presently awating a reponse and will get back to you within 24 hours.

Sincerley,
Marc Linehan

Marc Linehan has since told me that I could expect the Foxgambling withdrawal of $1306 by Thursday, June 12, 2003. The day has come and passed, and I have heard nothing. This situation is getting more hopeless by the minute. I filed the "pitch a bitch" as well a long time ago, but Casinomeister has not responded in any way whatsoever. What is going on here.

Sorry Nepenthe,

I've been swamped recently. I have your complaint from the 4th and I hope to give it some attention while I'm in Montreal next week. Keep posting the status here, so I can keep tabs on it. Thanks!

And again sorry, there have been a few complaints that have been a bit time consuming.

Bryan

Hello, I wish to state that this withdrawal from Fox Gambling was processed on 2003-06-16. I understand that it took 1 month to be processed & apologize for this.

Shaun,

First of all, from the original post..."I have made a withdrawal on May 8, 2003"...

That is MORE than a month. Can you explain WHY it would take this ridiculous amount of time to process a cashout?

Some sportsbooks do a NETeller cash out in 5 minutes... You take 5 weeks....

This is just ONE of many complaints that have been posted about FutureBet, and the outrageous delays in processing payments. This has been a topic of discussion for over a YEAR now.

Care to comment??

And give me one good reason why anyone would want to deposit money with a casino / sportsbook that continues to operate in such an incompetent and unprofessional manner.

At one time, you responded promptly to "issues" with your casino, and it "appeared" you were going to be "different" than the normal "drek" that operate many casinos.

I obviously no longer have this opinion of you and FoxGambling, or ANY FutureBet site.

Don't know if Marc Linehan helped this getting processed - but for a while it seemed you had to involve Linehan to get paid. Linehan posted at WOL that players should contact him and he (at least for a while) made sure players got paid. Some were paid quite fast after contacting him.

So - WOL is the only place this was ever posted by Futurebet - how about all the players that don't use WOL? Reminds me of when RTGPR posted the link the RTG disputeservice at WOL. It was never posted anywhere else or put in any official release from RTG. Obviously RTG and Futurebet just wanted to shut up the critics at WOL. It's not like Futurebut couldn't pull a report from iDollar showing all the pending payments and make sure they were processed :wtf:

An excellent point jyde! Only a small percentage of players visit message boards; maybe 7-10%. Casino operators know this, but most players don't.

Where there's a will, there's a way and in this case it is an easy way for Futurebet and it's licensees to behave in a fair and responsible manner with their players.

Unless of course there is no will because there is no money...then the slow-pay and BS start.

Hello,

Sorry for not keeping this thread updated..I did get paid in full by Foxgambling on June 16, 2003. Yes, it did involve repeat emails to Marc Linehan to get this processed. I'm somewhat relieved that at least I've got this amount taken care of, but Play4treasure.com has been still holding out on its payment of $302.00 to this date. Thus far in my gambling history, only two casinos had taken over two months to process a payout: Netclub in the amount of $495 (pending from March 18, 2003) and Play4treasure (April 5, 2003). I'm half-disposed to bite the bullet on both of these although I plan to keep on nagging them till something gives..and I will take care not to patronize any Futurebet sites until this longstanding payment problem has been shown to be rectified.
