FortuneLounge (Royal Vegas) Wins!

This is a consolation/bragging post all in one :).

I deposited $100 a month ago (before TC changes) and received $100 free spins account and 200% bonus match. Sent verification documents in, actually had to call a few times to make sure they got it as I got no response from support@casinodesk.com after sending and resending.

I had also registered another account as I thought my original account didn't go through. I also emailed them to cancel that other account. (I never logged in to the second account)

I quickly used up my free spins account. Logged in to my real account... The first day I won $750 - I hit 5 in a row in some slot game.

I hit a $250 jackpot with royal roulette. At one point I got up to $1950 with wins from BJ, Roulette, Slots, Scratch Card.

Then I dropped all the way down to $750 with some huge losses on BJ.

Slowly worked my way up back to $1700 with some lucky wins with Slots and Double Exposure BJ. That is when I decided to cash out $1050.

This was my first time with an online casino so I was VERY anxious about the legitimacy of online casino's. So before I cashed out I made absolutely sure that I met all the requirements. Called in several times to verify my wagering amount.

I had $5800 in bets excluding BJ (Only 20% of BJ is counted). The CSR said I was $200 short I corrected the CSR and said I only need $300 x 15 which was $4500.

To avoid any hassle I did another $300+ on slots just to ensure I met the 20x requirement just in case.

Right now I have $1300K in my account and $1050K that I just cashed out.

It's been 24 hours I still have not received verification of my withdrawal, and am a little anxious especially after hearing about all the cancelled checks threads by FL. I paid for a courier check ($35).

I'm sure no casino is happy that someone went from $100 to a total of $2350 in a matter of days.

I also emailed vpops@fortunelounge.com to have him check my account for any suspected fraud so I can rest assured that I get the withdrawal. He seems to be a very responsible and reasonable guy.

I can't think of anything that could lable me as a "fraud" except that I'm on vacation in Maui and have been making most of my money at the hotels. (I'm on Sprint connection)

Any advice or consolation will help :).

I can't count the indicators that this is a fraud post. What we call a "happy clappy spammer" post. Posing as a bonus hunter no less.

These guys must be getting pretty desperate, after being offline all weekend for being shut down by their registrar for spamming. In defense, they may have been set up.

 Anything he said about the casino seemed to be negative to me. Spamming to drive customers away?? I don't see what you mean.

Tim: She probably just read the first few lines and jumped to assumptions.

I don't have anything against the casino, they offer a variety of a games and has made my first online casino experience pretty exciting. I'm just anxious to see if I'll actually get paid after reading all these stories about stopped checks.

I was wondering why the site was down for so long. I was told it was due to "maintenance." Looking at WHOIS, they're nameservers are now:
NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM
NS2.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM

That would explain why I haven't received any emails... If their domain is down email from their SMTP server will also be rejected by many email servers

EDIT: For those FL's out there. I won the $750 with CashSplash :). I just won $150 twice playing that. Those scatters sure show up a lot for me.

Well, I hope you get paid. If you like the games and want to know where you can play without any worries about ever getting paid... then I'd suggest 32Red Casino. Same exact games, and you always get paid fast.

Thanks for the tip Tim.

The staff at Royal Vegas (FL) have been very helpful thus far so I plan on sticking with them if all goes well. I even asked the support guy to look over my account to have them check for fraudelant activity. The tech said I should get an email from their bank (of course their own email is down because of the domain issue) within a couple hours and I'll receieve the check within a few days. I'll let you guys know if everything went through. These guy's have been fantastic thus far and hopefully I can add to their credibility.

I've lost thousands of dollars on poker, this change to an online casino has turned out well so far.

there does seem something dodgy about the post, and if it FL staff, then i think i will be taking my business elsewhere in future because they must be in trouble if they have had to resort to this.

Really? This guy says that he's not sure if he will get paid. He says that they don't return his emails, and that he's read some bad press about FL cancelling checks that they've sent to players for payment. Now why would somebody bring those negatives to light if he were trying to promote a casino? I just don't see it.. but then again, I believed Hoffman too! ;)

It's a combination of factors. He claims he's a first time player at an online casino, yet provides a great deal of information that no first time player would know (hell, I don't know). While expressing reservations to seem credible, he also states assurances that everything will be ok. Detailed recounting of very lucky wins on slots. Why would a slot player know so much about bonus hunting tactics (calling and emailing support etc.). Why would a bonus hunter play slots and come to a board to brag in detail about the play history (thus making it easy for the casino to identify the player and lock that player out.)

Overall, the message of his very first post is, "I have reservations like you players, but look how much I won!" then in a couple of days he can come back and say he got paid.

as mary said, for a first time player hes knows to much

plus i find what he said contradictory

first he says

This was my first time with an online casino so I was VERY anxious about the legitimacy of online casino's. So before I cashed out I made absolutely sure that I met all the requirements. Called in several times to verify my wagering amount.

the he says

I can't think of anything that could lable me as a "fraud" except that I'm on vacation in Maui and have been making most of my money at the hotels. (I'm on Sprint connection)

which seems contradictory, unless he is a first time player, but that then begs the question, whats he doing to be "making most of my money at the hotels" ? . i dread to think, but i have myself several times in the past been approached by young men in a hotel bar offering their "services".

Don't hang Ronny out to dry yet, guys. How many "bonus hunters" do you know that play Roulette Royale and scratch cards? :)

Welcome to the board, Ronny!

Wow that's incredible..

A great deal of information that no new player would know hell, I don't know)

Like what? Find forum threads on google linked to threads about Fortune Lounge cancelling checks? Find that "FortuneLounge" posted to them telling people to email vpops@fortunelounge.com if they had problems?

That the Terms and condisions on their site say you need 15x the bonus to get it but the support guy said 20?

That I've been to actual casino's and know what Blackjack, Roulette and what a Slot machine is?

That I know what a free spin is or a bonus match?

The only reason i was worried about the $200 bonus is because I didn't want FL to come back saying, oh all those winnings you won don't count because you won it with $300 instead of $100.

(hell, I don't know
Hell, if you don't know there really isn't much more I need to say to you.

At least something good's come out of these accusations. This will probably get the chances of the VP who I emailed to verify my account.

Why would a slot player know so much about bonus hunting tactics (calling and emailing support etc.).

Perhaps where I come from people aren't dumb***es, but usually when you have problems on the INTERNET you contact their SUPPORT email or call their SUPPORT line. Especially when the people seem to be from another country (tech people sounded British). I sure aren't going to drive to Britain to talk to them. or what other method of communication do you propose?

making it easy for the casino to identify the player and lock that player out

They do that? If so, thanks for the one useful piece of information you gave to me. However I don't see why they would. People do that at real casino's because of card counters etc. I don't think it's possible to count slots do you? In which case it would not benefit the Casino to ban me, rather in their interests to let me stay so I will eventually lose all my that I made initially. If I recall correctly slots give the house a 4% advantage.

which seems contradictory, unless he is a first time player

Again, where I come from "This was my first time with an online casino" usually means that it's my first time player.

I believe I said this up there somewhere, but I've played at a lot of poker places where they give you bonuses matches too. Bonus match isn't such a veteran, elite word to use. Sorry to destroy your esteem.

Mary perhaps the idea that a person might be anxious about getting his money escaped your mind.

whats he doing to be "making most of my money at the hotels" ? . i dread to think, but i have myself several times in the past been approached by young men in a hotel bar offering their "services".

Hell I don't want to know where you're going with that. My concern was that is because I read about someone on this VERY forum that their account was locked because of multiple accounts logging in from the same computer. Obviously the IP from sprint is dynamic and someone else who uses sprint may also have a casino account.

I feel like I'm vindicating myself at a 17th century witch trial.

Dont worry too much Ronny. I'm guessing it's because you have picked a casino from a group that are currently a "hot topic" for reasons best left unexplained. It would explain the scepticism anyway :)

Nice going on the win anyway.

Simmo!

Thank you Simmo :).

Thank you Spearmaster as well.

What are the current "hot topics" concerning FL?

Their websites being down for so long raises some serious questions. When a registrar has to take action to suspend a site that's not a good indicator.

EDIT: Godady seems to have lifted that ban so they should be online within 24 hours. And no, I don't know that because I work for the casino. I know that because I have the knowledge of what a "WHOIS" is and that something called a "DNS" takes 24 hours to "propogate" over the "Internet." Sarcasm aside, I just checked and their nameservers are back to NS1.WILDDNS.COM - NS3.WILDDNS.COM

Whether that's their nameservers or godaddy's I'm not sure. At least it's no longer NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM ;)

a few questions ronny

1) how are you making your money from the hotels?

2) you say hotels, so that means you are moving about, so for a player who is anxious for his money, isnt stupid to be asking for your cheques to be sent to a hotel? one which you may no longer be staying at aswell?

3) why is the casino sending the cheques to a hotel? if they are then that means you must have registered the hotels address with casino,as this isnt your home address, then that means you have lied on the sign-up.

In answer to your questions

1) Read my post.

I'm on vacation in Maui and have been making most of my money at the hotels

I sit at each hotel (Royal Lahaina Resort, Marriot Wailea, Aloha Cottage), connect to the internet, and start up my casino software.

2) I don't recall ever saying I would have them send it to a hotel. Let's look at this with a bit of logic and a bit of common sense.

Casino's send the checks to the address you put down when signing up. Now unless I have been on vacation for the past month AND dumb, there is no reason why I would put the hotel's address as my own address.

3) umm read 2.

Seriously people, this is ridiculous. Does no one else think so?

They have p.o.d a number of their affiliates/advertisers with changes made to their marketing Terms and Conditions. Bearing this in mind, their servers were shut down over the weekend by spam complaints. Hmmm.

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

Looks like they should be back online within a few hours.

Are you referring to the TC change concerning the 15x and 20x bonus cash in requirements?

so if your on vacation, who is at home to sign for your cheque?

if your getting it by courier cheque, hence you will be getting some kind of express delivery, doesnt it make sense for you to order it later, maybe a few days before you go home, so you can be there to pick up the cheque, rather than trust some relative/friend.

why are you bothering with casinos anyway when your on holiday? while constantly flitting between various hotels

1) Good thinking! Which is exactly why I've been on vacation for the past 11 days and leave for him in 36 hours. Which is why a courier mail as stated on their banking arrives from 3-5 days from my withdrawal.

2) What does it matter? If it satisfies you, I own a company that requires me to check my email and communicate with some of my clients and employees over the web. While doing so, being late at night, I also decide to play some BJ or slots.

Anyway Scrollock, it looks like you just didn't read my original post well or misunderstood something. Hopefully I've cleared up any questions you have and we can focus on the main topic of this thread.

Just an update, I'm past the pending stage. I'm assuming all the cancelled check guys got past this point either way?

Come to think of it this puts both me and the casino in a bad situation ;). If I get paid then I will be labeled as a Casino member, making them look bad. If I don't get paid I would complain thus marring their credibility. Either way it's a lose-lose situation for both me and the casino. Take it back!! :p

ok ronny, well done on your win and i hope you recieve your cheque without any problems.

on this forum we have all become suspicous of new posters, so treat the "welcome" you have recieved as an initiation.

welcome to casinomeister!

Congratulations Ronny!! You have cleared the first stage of abuse by successfully completing the "Obstacle course of Cynicism"! ... but don't get too cocky yet because you are about to enter the second stage of initiation in which you will pitted against Satan himself as he counters your every move with lies and deceit designed to rip your heart out of your chest while it is yet beating. In this round, you are required to randomly pick a casino out of the hundreds of possible choices, and you will be required to begin a "New Thread" describing how much you love this casino, and how you believe that they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Upon posting your new thread, you will immediately be thrown into a den of hungry lions where you will be forced to fend for your life for the next 72 hours. IF you do survive this round, you will be inducted into the "Hall of Assholes" where you can enjoy the slaughter of newbies as they innocently sign onto the forum and make their first post.. entitling you and the others to swarm down on him like a nest of angry hornets. Good luck Ronnie! See you in the hall of assholes!
