Can anyone who plays at this casino tell me if they stopped flushing withdrawals last week?

I tried to flush today and they stated that they no longer do this and since this is the weekend that I would have to wait til Monday to flush.

2 weeks ago they still flushed withdrawls.
Haven't had the pleasure to withdraw after that.

But it seems that more and more casinos no longer offer this service.
Palace Group have also stopped flushing on request, I was told this service is now only available for VIP players.:(

Suggestion: UNINSTALL THE CASINO from your computer.

It's the ONLY way to not go back and play it until the withdrawal is processed and you cannot reverse it.

Casinos COUNT on you doing exactly that - which is why a lot of them have implemented a 5 day payout process.

How many gamblers do you know that can hold out for 5 days with money sitting there just ready to be played?

And you can't play - cause you can't deposit - so you just want to take a little.... And a little more...


UNINSTALL - go take a walk - or go WINDOW SHOPPING - or look at your bills - and stay away from the computer this weekend.

Well somethings wrong as I am an VIP and I'm going to try again today and this time I'll try the VIP support.

Sorry but why didn't you phone VIP support to begin with?
Generic support (from my understanding) does not have authorisation to flush accounts, only VIP support does.

It would certainly have saved all this misinformation.

I am very surprised that whoever you spoke with in generic support that they did not transfer you to VIP support. This is the standard protocol if a VIP comes through this Dept. Unless VIP support was busy.

I always tell them that they do not have to transfer me to VIP support. The person handling my request always flushes my account without sending me to VIP. This is the first time that this has happened and caught me off guard. I just thought that this was there new policy.


I just spoke with VIP support and it is true..management made the decision to not flush withdrawals and also if it's on Friday it will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. I thought that I had copied the chat transcript but as usual it didn't copy. It does that quite often. It does appear that this is the new trend to frustrate people. I flush my withdrawals so that it'll hit my account at least by Thursday

I flushed last week on Saturday with Platinum. It was in QT on Sunday, had to wait til Monday to withdraw from QT, it was processed on Tuesday and sent out on Wednesday. It posted to my bank on the following Monday. It's not misinformation and before you post any misinformation you should have found out before being so snarky

Hi well i was a vip a while back and they always flushed vip or not. I just went to live support and pretended to be a new potential player asked Live Support if they flush on request. Answer was a resounding No. I then asked if I was a VIP would they flush and she said yes.

First off problem with flushing on only VIP accounts is at times in the past my status dropped from VIP to normal lowly player for no real reason, then it would be back up again a week or so later.

I rather would not take the risk of depositing at a casino that will not flush. Its a real shame as for this group no longer flushing is a full step backwards!!!

My last deposit was last weekend and that will really be my last. Naturually not flushing any more can be seen as some kind of warning - things maybe not right. Ression, player retention etc. I remember having lunch one time last year with a vip rep from fortune lounge. Very nice , great afternoon , good people, and we touched on the issue of flushing, and I told them this was a real plus for their group.

A real shame to learn about this, but plenty of other MG casinos that do flush so no sweat. One of my own very tight requirments for any Casino I loose my cash at is they must flush instantly when and as requested. No Flush - no deposit. Thats why I moved on from RedFlush / Inetbet to name a few.

Thank god for the nedplays and 32reds of this world. Rant over :)

yes they have stoped i asked them yesterday and they said they do not do it anymore.
 
A little derail. For the past posts or so I noticed the membership at each others throats calling each other names using derogatory terms. Come on can we just post without calling the other person out or trying to get your point across without all the sarcasm. We are all adults can we act like adults.

You're right and I apologize...point taken VegetaGirl as I do not like the tone lately of the forum.
 
it means to push the withdrawal forward so the winner cant reverse it and play it [loose it back to the house ] in stead of the usual 3 day holding for reversing it back into play

the casino's argument is to have the money sit for immediately replay status to avoid transaction fees
 
Although it doesn't pertain to the Casinos in OP, someone mentioned SpinPalace doesn't do this anymore. I can confirm that they absolutely do, as I had mine flushed on Friday, but as it was a long weekend I didn't get paid till this morning.

Well no matter what if a vip or not for a group that up until last week used to flush regardless of casino status and then suddenly decide not to flush it stinks! The ONLY reason to disallow this much needed feature is ensure as many players as possible will reverse with draws. What else can it mean ? It is another ploy to entice the player NOT to withdraw. They probably wont give a damn and from a business end of things sure - more profit for the casino. But not from me, last of the FL casinos removed from my systems.

Flushing in my very very humble opinion should be standard. Dont they get the longer picture here ? Player flushes - withdraws - is happy - big chance to go back another day and re-deposit... or player is told - sorry no can do. Withdraw reversed player looses it back. Bad feeling all round. Player is now at risk of never going back.

Ah well still some great outfits that do flush and those that there is no need to such as 3dice - who as we know on most neteller withdraws its in your Neteller account as soon you hit the cash me out baby button!!
 
I belong to quite a few MCG casinos but only play at Platinum..there was no hassle with withdrawals or flushes and if I added a credit card they never asked for ID. They just processed everything promptly and to my satisfaction.

I used to get my emails answered within the hour but my last one hasn't been answered yet and that was Friday. Not sure what's going on there but I can't play where they no longer flush due to the time it takes to get everything done. I need a break anyways I guess:)

It's possible, but I couldn't tell you if they consider me a VIP or not. :confused: They have different levels in the loyalty club and I've never even come close to moving up a level, I'm still in the cellar. :rolleyes: I have been playing there for a few years though, maybe that's the difference?

I only asked for the flush in the hopes it would speed things up. When I deposit with Echeck, it usually takes about two weeks before they will clear the deposit and I get the funds to Moneybookers. When they flushed it they told me it had to go through the processing department, so I figured I still had to wait a week. Imagine my surprise when I got the email this morning "You've been Paid."
 
I've had the new lobby since last Tuesday and I'm literally pulling my hair out with the slowness and jerkiness of this lobby. I emailed them and it was changed back for a day.

This is so frustrating. I now see what you guys are going thru and have no idea why PP decided to go ahead and install this lobby to USA players since we can no longer have anything new.
