I have to give BIG high 5 and thank you to Wim, from Fortune Lounge! I was having a major issue with a withdrawl, and THE MOMENT he stepped in, He did everything he could to help get it fixed. It is still a bit of a work in progress, but I am just sooo impressed by Wim and Gareth for their help, I had to come and say Thank you.
I believe if we are going to B***h about the bad, we need to give Kudos for the good as well, so well done Wim!

Yup. Wim is da bomb.

He sorts things out VERY quickly and he is always happy to get feedback.

Ive had a few conversations with him and I reckon he's probably the best rep here at CM.
 
Wim has been around sorting out player problems for years, despite having to take the slings and arrows earned by his employers from time to time.

I have always found him fair and generally helpful - we need more reps like him.
 
Wim is one of the nicest and helpful casino reps I have dealt with... :)

It's been awhile since we've touched bases with each other... I hope things are going well for you... and hope that the stressful events of late with processors and US players aren't causing you too much stress.

Wim truly is one of the "Good Guys" in this industry!! :thumbsup:
