Yes yes I know I should’ve researched the casino before depositing money, but I’m posting this for the next person who is looking for answers in relation to withdrawals from Silver Oak Casino. I recently did a no limit bonus and plaid by all the rules and won $1200 I plaid some more to get through the play through amount and ended up attempting to withdrawal $800 after they deducted the bonus money etc. Anyways here is how things have gone so far and I’ll update this thread as I get more information:
- 6/16: $50 free and I got lucky and turned it to $200 withdrawal able but didn’t. Tossed in $50 and they said $2400 play through so I chalked it as a loss. I assumed I didn’t read the T&C properly
- 6/17: I got a no limit code, Deposited $70 won $1200 and played through some and attempted to withdraw $800
- 6/17: On live chat back and forth trying to verify my ID and CC. They would repeatedly approve one and then wipe the other. Finally I got both approved. I initiated the withdrawal.
- 6/19: Withdrawal denied and I had to send proof of address and send in a bank statement. At this point I already read all the reviews and I’m well aware I may never see the $800 but some people have reported getting paid 30 days later etc.
- 6/19: I am told it’ll take 24hrs which is weird since they were saying 48hrs before. All this to say I learned my lesson and now I’m just curious of the outcome. I’ll update the thread here. So that the next person who falls for it doesn’t go forward sending them anymore information and get their money back (initial deposit)
- 6/19: They took the $50 deposit from 6/16 off my credit card and only left the $70 6/17 one. Worst comes to worst I’ll dispute it as I’ve documented everything and maybe I get my money back or don’t. Regardless I’ll update the thread.
