Any more experiences???

I hate the fact that they want you to friggin send them everything but a DNA sample (just give it time...) to even deposit funds. That's a HUGE turn off. I've NEVER had to send such bullshit to an ewallet, and I'm not about to start, now. Especially to some ewallet that just sprouted up out of the woodwork at an oh-so-convenient time after the UIGEA popped up.

You didn't even have to jump through such hoops at Neteller, back in the day...

Hello All, MyPaylinQ CEO here.

I too wish for the good old days but the online processing landscape changed dramatically in OCT. 2006 and those of us in the industry have been trying to adapt to an ever changing and challenging online processing environment so we can continue to serve the players and the gaming websites.

Everyone complains about rogue or crooked operators and this forum is no exception. What you don't understand is that there are many more players that turn out to be crooks than there are online gaming rooms.

Please don't get me wrong here. What I am saying is that just by the growth of the industry we have thousands more players online than what we had "BACK IN THE DAY". The majority are good solid customers and never a problem for an online processor. But there are unfortunately many exceptions to this that MyPaylinQ and others that serve as processors have to deal with.

From the professional fraudsters,,, to the old fellow that used his credit card without telling his wife and when caught claims it was stolen and charges back all of his online credit card activity to save his marriage. We have to deal with them every day and in many cases lose thousands of dollars.

MyPaylinQ is not new to this industry, just new to Inetbet. MPLQ was licensed in June 2008 as a financial services company and services many online casinos, sportsbooks, poker rooms and bingo halls. Many times the Credit Card link you click at your favorite casino comes to MPLQ direct. We have chosen to remain quiet about our business to avoid unnecessary scrutiny from the government entities that seek to prohibit your freedom to spend your money as you see fit.

As to the “Know Your Customer” policy that we employ at MPLQ, it is 100% necessary to secure not only the funds entrusted to us by the players but to also ensure the long term viability of our company. We need the documentation to be sure that if there is a problem we can attempt to resolve the issue through communication before opting for arbitration.

Our most important obligation is to protect and secure our users and merchants funds and to this end we will not cut corners or bend rules.

I hope you consider using our service if it is available to you at your favorite casino. Our customer service is 1st class and your money is secure. That is the best we can offer to you.

Regards,

MPLQ CEO
