Flying to Costa Rica or Curacao

Let's say you win a massive amount on a casino located on one of these islands and they refuse to pay you out, block your account and don't respond to you. Couldn't you fly out to these countries to enforce getting your money? Or are the owners of that online casino not located there themselves?
Most are a PO Box address or business address. I've seen what looks like a disused building on google earth in Curacao :) With a bit of digging know-how, you could probably find the owners.

It's time to put some heat unto the casino owners who are in the business solely to scam people, some build up trust to stab you in the back when you win big. Others do it outright.

Keep in mind that people who do business in those countries either don't actually reside there -- the aforementioned post office boxes -- or do reside there and are __very __ familiar with uninvited guests trying to force their way in for unfriendly reasons. In other words you could end up with a lot more trouble than you bargained for. This is not idle speculation, we know of cases like this and ... well, suffice it to say that the uninvited visitors were VERY happy to get back on the plane and get the hell out of there while they were still able to do so.

As others mentioned, they probably do not reside there.

A decent percentage of owners, using Curacao licences are based in Russia .... Food for thought.
