Flushing at GUTS

Having a good night at Guts, deposited $50 with a 40% bonus, met WR quite smoothly and quickly and cashed out $1000 with $200+ left to play.

So, I went to Live Chat and asked the CSR to flush my withdrawal.... he then (1st) returned the withdrawal to my account - I was playing another game and suddenly saw my balance change:eek:. When I explained the process he then (2nd) informed me that the CSR can no longer flush withdrawals, that's up to the payment department, which is open till 1.30 hours CET. In this case, no sweat because, according to the CSR, the amount will be processed as soon as they will get to it, which according to him would be 1-2 hours.

Still, it is mentioned here that flusing is always possible at GUTS. This needs to be amended, because when the payment dept. is very busy - as I understand from my chat - they cannot flush it and the CSR can't do it either (anymore).... very odd.

I also goed to chat , to flush my withdraw.
But the agent was new , so he could not approve it. He dint have access to payment system.

So , no problem. it comes soon.

There is a lot of new agents , which cant flush them. Senior agent or team leader can, but i know that many of them are in holiday.

They still flush them....:)
 
It's important to know for the admin at CM whether they do or don't flush. And that means routinely, not just if the right member of staff happens to be online. This is because IIRC Bryan gives a little addition to a casino's score for on-tap flushing.
 
This is an important point raised, I always assumed flushing meant just that and was automatically round-the-clock, not at select times.

Having partial flushing is no good to anyone and will raise all manner of problems in regards to players that may lack the discipline to wait several hours, not to mention different time zones, or the fact that some of us might be having to go to work and not be able to hang around hours on end.

If true this should have a definite impact on a casino's overall rating without doubt :(
 
And now it's more than 9 hours laters, and my withdrawal is still not processed. Live Chat is very busy - a waiting time of around 20 min.:( What is going here? The holidays? But it's just an ordinary Tuesday.
 
I have noticed as a regular a certain amount of inconsistency of late with this casino.

Some times I can pop for a cig or a brew and hey presto my dosh is in Skrill, other times an hour or so and on the odd but rare in my experience Its an overnight job but funds usually there early the following morning.

Longest I think I've waited is about 7 hours on a bad day, literally minutes on a good day.

Appreciate this post does not give a 'definate' still but from personal (and regular) experience the 'fast' far out weigh the 'slow' and CS have processed numerous withdrawals there and then on chat (7 times out of 10 approx)
 
Flushing a cashout can mean that you get it faster, and you can't see it to reverse it, but you can still reverse it and you have always been allowed to do that everywhere. It's not a safe way to prevent you from reversing.
If you don't trust yourself then use the Take a break function instead. It's much more reliable.

True, I can always ask support - but I NEVER do this. I should perhaps take a break from GUTS because it took close to 10 hours... and I didn't like the false promises of 1-2 hours made by CSR... Anyways, I am $1000 richer:)
 
This was the official info i got when i talked last to them, quote from 'GUTS - payout correction' thread:

Found out this morning that Guts is actually not processing withdrawals 24/7, well at least not the larger ones.

The payment team is working only 08.00am - 10.00pm, outside those hours only small withdrawals of 200-300$ will be processed by support. If they have a pitboss present maybe a little larger ones around 500$ as well .

Hence, i think the CM review page would need updating as following, because the current one is misleading readers that the processing is 24/7 for all withdrawals:

- 08.00am -10.00pm - within 2 hours
- other hours - small withdrawals (200-300$) within 2 hours, larger withdrawals pending until next morning after 08.00am

EDIT: Considering that they charge $2,50 for EVERY withdrawal, not really acceptable to keep larger withdrawals pending over night.

Just wanted to add (since I am no longer p**ed) that my withdrawal today of $235 was processed within 20 minutes and I had not asked for flushing. As mentioned above, cashouts during the day and probably (early) evening will be processed swiftly. Then again, it was a small amount.
