flamingoclub - non-payment?

Hello,
My name is Tomek Kaminski, im from Poland...
I would like to report non-payment and poor customer service of flamingoclub.com (Playtech Group)
The first i dont get their 200% bonus up to 200$, why? i dont know because i ve collected all of required
special codes etc. but support dont reply on any of my question and bonus request ( 7 mails - 0 reply)
the second i was playing without any bonus money and i won some money (next 100$) and i made a withdrawal request (200$)
and the 'show' started;-( because:
the withdrawal request was made on 27th April, and i send ALL required documents within 24h
the next "pending withdrawal" was changed on "waiting" (on 28th April) when i saw my casino account
But unfortunately today ( 9th May ) I havent got any money and the withdrawal status is still "waiting"
Customer support and any manager dont answer on my mails etc...
What sould i do?
PS. sorry for my English.. i know that its not perfect....

Hi Tomek. Have you received your payment? I'm just bringing
this thread up again so forum pro's could help you out with this
issue.
