All Jackpots Casino sent a promo for $10 free by mail to the man I am living with. I have been a registered player at AJC for a couple of years.
There are 2 reasons that this promo is fishy:
1. They could not have known who I am living with, unless they have made inquiries at the Amsterdam registry.
2. My partner cannot take advantage of the offer anyway, since it is not allowed to open a new account from the same household address.
I have tried to explain this a few times by email. But their support continues to be oblivious (on purpose?):
My 3rd email to them:
You did not address the point I was making! You made a mistake by sending a promo - and leading my partner XXX on to think that he is eligible to receive $10 free, while you know that only one bonus is allowed per household. I already mentioned this is in my earlier email, so there's no point in repeating this, is there? My question and complaint is: why did you send the promo? Also, and just as importantly, you could not have known that XXX is my partner, unless you have made inquiries at the Amsterdam registry. This sounds all very fishy to me.
Please note that I will make a thread about this at CasinoMeister. Your behaviour is unacceptable.
Their response:
Thank you for contacting All Jackpots Casino.
As previously informed, your account is not eligible to claim and receive the $10 free mailer since nor is your partner since we allow one account per a household. However, you are welcome to check our various promotions and games in the our casino in the following link: //www.alljackpotscasino.com/promotions.html.
Don't forget that our Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any question you may have. Our toll-free numbers and email addresses are listed below. We look forward to hearing from you!
Conclusion: Ignoring my comment about the Amsterdam registry, and the fact that they are sending promos by mail to persons who are not eligible to claim them.
I will close my account at AJC.
