FWIW they've also rejected ADR applications from a number of prominent sites that are widely known and respected in the community. We didn't apply but a number of our friends in the industry did and they were shown the door.

FWIW I may have been a little hasty posting that. Apparently the UKGC is still talking to the people they had seemed to have rejected for ADR status, so it's only fair to say that the situation is in flux.
