Miraculously, I've had two good casino support experiences in the same week!
Was playing a bit at Fantasino, when I hit the Viking Runecraft and Sweet 27 wins I posted in the screenshot thread. As is my habit, I made quite a lot of smaller withdrawals (if I hit a 100x+ win, I like to withdraw at least 50x plus whatever takes me down to the next hundred. I've tried various systems over the years, and this is the one that ends up with the best mix of playtime/wins/chances to raise the bet WITHOUT just dumping it all back in again).
I hit an issue with Butterfly Staxx (I know! I know! But I've had some good wins on it and I'm up overall) where my computer crashed during the last spin of the bonus and the bet wasn't showing in my history. That was resolved very smoothly, so I went back to playing. I hit another Butterfly Bonus and withdrew some more money...
A chat window popped up, and the operations manager said he wanted to talk me. (Naturally I thought "Oh shit...") But it turned out he just wanted to say that my last withdrawal had taken me over the €2000 limit which required extra verification. He explained the process, and suggested I make a smaller withdrawal so I could have the money the next day rather than waiting 48 hours. (I know that sounds like a ploy to get me to gamble more, but it was the difference between a £50 withdrawal and a £30 one.)
As promised, the money arrived the next day.
I'm not sure I can fully recommend Fantasino. They're EveryMatrix, for one, which I know a lot of people have had problems with. The quest theme is also pretty naff, ugly and utterly generic, and I'm not sure if it doesn't slow down the games. It also takes quite a lot of micromanagement.
But I thought this chat interaction was really impressive, so they get a lot of credit for that.
Compare that to terrible HOPA, which is one of the worst casino customer experiences I've had (hence my search for a new casino). I hit a big win there a MONTH ago, and it's only just now being sent to me in dribs and drabs. Every time I go on chat the agents are rude, contradictory and clearly stalling for time. The emails they send me are nonsense. I'm confident I'll get my winnings, but it's unnecessarily stressful. So having smooth interactions like I had this week at Fantasino and NetBet really makes a difference.
