A casino, not currently accredited but I believe closely associated to some which are, which shall have to remain nameless for now has repeatedly sent me emails stating:
"You have free spins waiting".
This suggests to me that FS are currently available and pending on my account. This is an inducement to open their mail to find out on which game these are available.
On doing so, on each recent occasion I'm told that to qualify i must make a deposit.
My opinion is that this is an underhand, sleazy tactic and utterly unacceptable.
I have put the casino in question on notice that unless they stop doing so, I will have no alternative but to report them to the UKGC.
I'm sure some of you have also received these emails, are you in agreement, what are your views on this practice?
