My name is Martyn and I live in Montreal. I have over 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Quality Assurance & Risk Management.

- has over 3 years of coaching experience in a multilingual accredited casino & poker group;

- is a keen observer and strives to streamline company processes by writing recommendation reports for Management

Examples of my online gaming knowledge include:

- VIP rewards programs, affiliates, bonus offers, newsletters, etc.
- Casino/poker room security check procedures and fraud analysis
- Deposit and withdrawal methods: credit/debit cards, electronic wallets, etc.
