Good evening guys.
It is not really a complaint but I would like to share my experience with spin palace and I would like to read some other experiences.

I signed up 2 days ago, deposited but I canceled the sign up bonus bc I didnt like that. I lost everything and deposited 2-3 times after that again.
Well..and Ive only lost.
I tried different games and got maybe just 1 bonus round in total but never had any chance to keep my money for a while, it just ran out off my hands
I played in different times.
And I have to say its the worst casino I ever visited bc of no single win.
I dont want to judge anything too early but is it normal there actually? I really like the games there and the appearance.
On alternative sites Ive actually won a small jackpot and had nice winnings..but there? No single penny.

So you were unlucky at Spin Palace. Sorry to hear that, but it's nothing to do with your choice of casino.

Agree with KK. Maybe you should try change on what time of day you play? As for me it seems to reflect how I win or have bad runs. To take example 32RED Casino I seem to have had most of all winnings in period between 1 at night until 5 in morning UK Time. Also what day in week can reflect.

It may sound stupid but could have to do how many and how much money gets put into slots. So of course also depends on which slot you choose to play and how much you bet.

Sorry, but yes that does sound stupid.
If the the time of day you play, how much you bet or how many people are playing effects your results in ANY way, then that means the games are not random.
If they are not random, then ALL MicroGaming casinos belong on the Rogue List!

people would realize that it is very common and it happens to everybody.

I have been playing at Spin Palace for 3 years now. I have never had any problems there and it has excellent customer service. I have had my fair share of slumps there but I've had times when it seemed like I couldn't lose . Out of all the casinos that I have tried, I trust them the most and feel that I have a better chance of winning there , based on my experiences of course. You will have slumps no matter which casino you play. I too also find that I win more on certain days at certain times, but of course it's not guaranteed. That's gambling ! lol

then you shouldn't play online if you believe that..I mean sorry, but it's pretty dumb to play at all if you think games are rigged (ie outcomes are influenced by the casinos)

Well I enjoy gambling, but its just my opinion that it can be influenced. When I have the power or tools to influence something which leads to more profit of course then I do that.
An operator or affiliate will never tell you details about the earnings and ways to improve it.

It's been well documented that there has been rigged software, cheating casinos and adaptive games. Any time money is involved there will be people and organizations that will do anything to get more of it by any way possible.

That being said if players stick to casinos using well known and well vetted software the chance of running into any cheating on the casinos part must be practically zero. I can't see a company like Microgaming or RTG allowing anything other that textbook randomness on any of their games, they have too much to lose. The house edge built into every game assures plenty of profit for them.

The games are designed for the vast majority of players to lose and a few lucky players to come out ahead in the short term.

This looks like it's aimed at game developers, not operators, and allows for third party developers to produce games that run on the Microgaming platform. It's under the "Quickfire" review, so may not apply to the Viper environment. We already know that the Flash casinos have games not seen in the Viper client, so maybe these are the third party games that have been integrated using the "service interface".

I do have issues with their glowing review of their Viper product. Uses the latest graphics capabilities of the hardware?, bullshit It doesn't touch my GPU, but does all the rendering on the CPU. It's also riddled with bugs, so is hardly well integrated with the latest Windows OS. It also relies on Flash, which is outdated, and uses the equally bug ridden Internet Explorer to power the lobby pages, rather than it's own bespoke system designed specifically for the Viper core. This gives us countless problems with Flash graphics, the stutters and long pauses, and the avalanche of "script errors" when in the lobby. Connectivity is also an issue, and despite their claim that their infrastructure can handle the volume, the countless "casino error x" messages shows it can't. As for MPV, the server lag can be terrible, not to mention the countless times one can log into the casino, but not the tournaments. No amount of tuning can get the performance anywhere near that of even the Flash casino, let alone the Viper client.

Haven't had much luck at Spin Palace as well so I can understand your frustration OP, although a couple of deposits is not a telling sign of anything suspicious going on. I'm sure as with any casino it's just a matter of when not if, till you get that big win. Some people get are lucky and hit it multiple times quickly while others are just not as lucky and will go through dozens of deposits without a sniff which is frustrating to say the least.

It's pretty normal. I have done very well at Spin Palace, but rather badly at GNUF. In all respects they are equal, same games, same boni (Palace Group run the GNUF promotions and VIP program).

I have had MGS casinos take for weeks on end, then spit most of it back out in a single lucky session.

Many of the newer games are rather deceptive. You would think that more lines would mean lower variance, but with many MGS games the opposite is true. Some of the "ways" slots have the highest variance of all.

If you want to play for a decent length of time, try something older like Munchkins. Bonus rounds are more frequent, and there is still a chance of a really decent hit, and rarely do they pay nothing at all.

The 9 liners like Thunderstruck, if played at a low enough stake, can give plenty of playing time, yet still a chance of a big hit. They are higher variance than Munchkins though, so they can still suck dry a small deposit more quickly than one might like. The upside is getting a big win with wild during the free spins, it pays 3x2x the base line win. Hammers with wild in free spins will pay £45, and on a 9p (9c) stake! If you deposit £10 or £20 and aim for £40 or £50, you may well find yourself withdrawing fairly regularly. For bigger deposits, just increase the stake, perhaps 0.18 or 0.27 for £50 deposits, or 0.54 for £100 deposits, and withdraw when you have at least doubled or tripled the deposit. Where one might play Thunderstruck at these levels, for Munchkins I would suggest 0.75 to 1.05, possibly 1.50 for a £100 deposit, and aim to withdraw at £200 or more.

A tactic some players use is to withdraw their target amount when reached, but then play on with any surplus and set a new target. For example, if you hit big and get the balance to, say, £240, withdraw the £200 and play on with the £40 surplus, perhaps trying a different game, and set a new target of, say, £100.

When you bust out having reached and withdrawn target amounts, DO NOT REVERSE!!!! If necessary, make a fresh deposit at a different casino, and try the strategy all over again.

You can claim various boni too, but the WR will override any strategy of withdrawing when a set target has been reached.

Many players, (including me sometimes) tend to play on after getting a big hit, or a series of hits, and can then end up losing it all back. It's these players that often find they have played at a particular casino "for years", yet have "never managed to withdraw" anything.

I had 13 deposits in 32 red last 5 weeks, over 2100 EUR and was only up with one deposit.
But i would never say it´s the worst casino, because the support is good and it´s not their mistake.
They gave always bonus but of course it´s little bit strange if the balance is always
straight down to zero in minutes to 1-2 hours without any chance to win(beside one time)
Now after this experience of course i think it´s better to play in other casinos.
Sometimes you can do what you want but there is no chance to win.
The strange thing is i have seen specially with this casino many similar experiences at other websites.
I play in other casinos after this experience and i would suggest you do the same.
Maybe i will give it another try in few months.

It has nothing to do with the casino. If you play a slot game at one MGS casino it's exactly the same game as any other MGS casino. They don't make different versions for different casinos. That being said, I've won less money playing MGS than any other software that I've tried. It's pretty rare for me to even get anywhere near a hundred bucks on a 50 dollar deposit. Basically I'll get one bonus feature if I'm lucky and then it all just goes down the tubes no matter what game I play. The last time I played I dumped over 40 dollars worth of 40 and 50 cent spins to finally get a free spin that paid about a buck. The time before that I low rolled about 30 bucks to zero in about 5 minutes. Maybe it's just not designed for low rollers. Maybe you need to spin high and either hit big or dump it. That's just not the way I like to play.

Everyone seems to hate RTG but my biggest balances were almost all playing RTG. In fact I should probably still be playing that instead of MGS and Playtech. Maybe this weekend I'll try it just to see what happens.
