General Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. All our offers are restricted to one person per household address and IP address.

2. Bonus and connected deposit is held in player’s casino bonus balance until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

3. The remaining wagering requirement can be verified by clicking to My Account -> Active Bonus.

4. The bonus balance will be wagered first. It is not possible to merge both casino bonus balance and real money balance. Consequently, when a bonus is active, only the bonus balance will show in the in-game balance.

5. All bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise specified.

6. Deposit Bonus: The bonus and deposit must be wagered 40 times before any part of the deposit, bonus balance or connected winnings can be cashed out or transferred.

7. Free Bonus: The bonus must be wagered 50 times before any part of the bonus balance or connected winnings can be cashed out or transferred.

8. In case the bonus expires or in case the player wishes to cash out bonus funds before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus funds and any related winnings will be deducted. In the case of a net loss of bonus balance, this loss will be deducted from the qualifying deposit amount first.

9. Players have the possibility to forfeit any active bonus on the page My Account -> Active Bonus, or by contacting support.

10. Most of the games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, however some games contribute less.Click here for a complete list of games and their contribution.

11. In order to have a fair environment there is a maximum allowed stake per bet until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled. The maximum stake is equal to 10% of the bonus amount received. A Bet is defined as one roulette/slot spin or one dealer's dealt hand in any table game, or one deal in any Video Poker game. This rule also applies when using any double up/gamble feature in any game, for example video poker. This means that the player may not continue to double a win to an amount larger than 20% of the bonus amount received. In case of a breach of this rule, the player agrees that his bonus and any associated winnings may be void. Exception: players are always allowed to place bets up to the size of €5, or currency equivalent, regardless of bonus amount received.

12. Bonus funds cannot be wagered at the following games: Scrooge, Devil's Delight.

13. Players residing in Poland are excluded from all Casino bonuses.

14. The maximum winnings from bets made with bonus balance is €10,000, or currency equivalent, unless otherwise stated.

15. Exclusivebet.com reserves the right to void any bonus and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.

16. Exclusivebet.com reserves the right to exclude players from casino bonuses, in the event we have reason to believe they are abusing casino bonuses.

17. In case of a dispute, the decision by Exclusivebet.com is final.

18. Exclusivebet.com reserves the right to change the casino bonus terms and conditions at any time

no idea nate i got it too, a lot of games on offer and different network so could be ok to play at.

I agree - BUT Spamming isn't cool. If you sign up, you support their unethical practice. They will just do it again.

Nate

I just got spam too. Not addressed by name, but they clearly have my email address. How? they are not related to any casino I play at, or have played before?

I see "Devil's Delight" is also a banned slot, not just "Scrooge" as I have seen elsewhere. I don't know that one, better take a look;)

It's another of those slots where you have to collect in order to trigger the bonus. Unlike Scrooge (for me) which has generally returned what I lost trying to trigger it, Devil's Delight has yet to return near what I put into getting it

I see. Silly to design such games then given that bonuses are so rampant in the industry.

So, how come half a dozen other slots where you also have to collect to trigger the bonus are NOT excluded - same problem, but it seems the casinos don't care. What is so special about the Scrooge collection?

Did anyone here actually get the 10 Free ND Bonus? I've signed up a few days ago and haven't received any of the advertised credits at all.

On Scrooge you have to collect a LOT of icons, but they are quite easy to come by - approximately 1 every 7 spins.
So it's quite easy to build up your "bank" to 24 days, then come back a little later & get the last one ;)
Still no guarantee of a decent win though - like any slot, the free-spins can be shite.

Devils Delight gives a better return (more consistent) in my experience, but the "Souls" and harder to collect - sometimes close to 100 spins between each.

Sorry Nifty, i did, but before i read the posts here:
I usually sign up in new casinos which look worth a shot and offer a NDB when on low budget.
Same with this one, of course i do wonder where they got my email, but i know that one has been out there for a while now..

So apart from the one time email, which i personally wouldn't call spam, but "aggressive marketing" i have no complaints yet:

What interested me was their palette of games. There were some fun ones, which are new to me.
I wouldn't deposit anyway, unless i would win on their NDB and was paid afterwards.

Exactly. I don't really care much for "Match Bonuses" to try out new casinos.

Also, has anyone here actually managed to get a reply from support? I've yet to receive any response from them.

No need to apologize. Nothing wrong with taking a NDB.

Just try to type the casino website, without aff tags etc, into your browser rather than click the email link. Otherwise, you're letting spammers know your email is "live" and you'll be on every list from here to next century.

IMO, its not worth a measly $10 with a huge WR and max cashout, but that's just me. I value my privacy etc more highly than that.

A good advice, do not sponsor the spammer!

Is this true? If I click on the banner inside the email, isn't that exactly the same thing as I click on the banner on the spammers homepage? The casino see the affy tag and I am tagged to this affiliate. How can the affiliate see which email address I clicked from?

The issue with the spam... I received spam from an affiliate to Exclusivebet and it was with my name.

Exclusivebet is a White Label casino from Wondermatrix/Everymatrix. I don't know if, and how, there are connections between casinos in this WL operation.

Maybe easier to collect, but there are so many dead spins that often the bonus round pays less that the amount it costs to collect the days.

The other problem is how is such a rule enforced? Normally, play on an excluded game results in winnings (if any) being confiscated. In this case however, there are no winnings to confiscate. If the player simply stops when they have 24 days, they can leave the game alone so that they don't end up with any winnings to confiscate.

Whilst much harder to collect, the games Wealth Spa and Tomb Raider II have much greater potential for big payouts on the bonus round. It is a problem shifted, rather than a problem solved. One would just use a lower stake knowing how much harder it was to collect bonus round tokens, but the end result would be BETTER than with Scrooge.

It also complicates the audit process, as play is only checked thoroughly upon a withdrawal, so this would mean having to check back on all past sessions to see if the player had EVER played Scrooge with a bonus, far more complicated than the usual checking between current bonus claim and withdrawal of winnings.

Yes, clicking the banner in the email or link is the same as clicking the website link or banner, in the sense that you are tagged to that affiliate.

The problem (AFAIK affys might be able to clarify) is that each link often has a unique "ID" so that the affy can tell whether it was a click from an email or the website, or any other advertising campaign like a leaflet drop etc. The affy can track where their money is being generated from and how much.

I've been told different affy programs provide different levels of player information, and that some provide a unique identifier such as an email address etc.

Even if the affy cannot see your individual email, the more recipients that respond to that campaign, the more likely the affy is to use the same email list/s to promote other casinos. Let's face it...if players stopped clicking email links altogether, the email spam would stop as there would be no profit in it (although this will never happen).

In any case, I have always advised, and been advised, never to click an email link from a casino at which you don't play, or from any sender that isn't specifically direct from a known casino.

Spam breeds Spam breeds Spam. It's up to us as consumers to curtail it as much as possible IMO.

Completely hate this casino. 1stly sent me snail mail I didnt want nor ask for. I took the 10 free. 30p a spin.

Actually hit a bonus round and ended up at nearly £30. Then blew the balance before I met WR.

Thought games seemed fair and nice so had a deposit... really shouldnt of.

Betting 60p a spin minimum, I expected a nice few hours game time with £100 in total deposited.... How wrong could I of been.

It seemed the switch from 30p to 60p+ a spin had heavily turned the odds against me.

Girls with guns: Nada, no bonus round, highest win was barely stake value, would go 10 or more spins with no win and then I would see 3 jacks for 4p :(.

Disco Spins: Don't ask... averaged £1 a spin, no bonus, same thing with 10 or more spins with no win, drained the balance down with only a few win's exceeding bet value.

Immortal romance: A tight slot in general and got nothing. No bonus, no achievements, many spins with no wins, only won more than bet value twice (and was barely anything special... no more than 50p above bet value)

Blackjack: Always unpredictable but played about 10 hands, 1 win, the rest was loss, loss, loss.

Balance was gone so I said to support about it... They credited me with £100 as that would of been my bonus had I taken it. I was told to play Gonzo's quest as they said its a good slot.

Gonzo: I don't normally play this slot. Played a bit better than the others but still 10 spins with no win happened frequently. 15 mins later and entire balance was dead.

We all know you win some, you lose some... but this just didnt feel right playing. I'd hate to think what my RTP was.

Account closed and next time I will be more skeptical before depositing at any casinos that spams me or has the same sort of setup as this casino (with mg and netent games in 1 site)

Changing bet makes no difference to RTP.

Playing with bonus money makes no difference to RTP.

Your RTP was probably quite low, but over such a small sample is gives absolutely no indication whatsoever as to whether there's something wrong.

If you're saying "something doesn't feel right" after losing $100 playing 60c spins, then you really need to educate yourself about how slots work and make your expectations more realistic.

It also makes no difference what "setup",they have.

I agree with Nifty here. Bet sizes have nothing to do with it. Also, the slots you chose to play were high variance.

I had won € 4,000 at one particular NetEnt casino and the next day blew € 1200 (in portions of € 300, betting € 2 to € 4 a spin) at the same casino - luck was just not on my side (for that day).

Also received a snail mail from Exclusive Bet, don't know who gave my address to them, but giving them a try with € 10 nd doesn't hurt anyone I suppose.

guys

are these lot related to jetbull casino? i got spam off jetbull yesterday, read the terms and they have the max 10k rule in their. and all terms look similar.
amount what can be staked on bet sizes etc etc....

I just checked the T&Cs with live chat.

Withdrawals stay pending for 48 hours and they process cashouts on Thursdays only:what:

Max cashout for the € 10 nd (to be wagered 50 times) is € 100.

Max cashout for the deposit bonus (deposit must be wagered 40 times) is indeed € 10K.

I think that Jetbull and Exclusivebet are White Label casinos from same operation. Everymatrix seems to be the owner of the operation and they are providing WL solutions for different companies with their Old / Expired Link package.

I received the snail mail letter yesterday and Exclusivebet knows my real address. I can only look at those other WL casinos in the everymatrix/oddsmatrix operation and guess which scumbag operation sold my details.
