IF Pokerstars can negotiate payments within 3 weeks of their accounts being taken over by the DOJ, why can't EWX after 6 months? Now I guess we just wait and see.

EWX also spent two months saying it was merely "technical issues", whereas with the poker rooms, players were told what had happened almost the same day as the seizures. I can't understand why EWX is so different from the others, whereby we only have their word that it was the US government, something they were denying for 2 months.
For some reason, the parties involved are stalling, a bit like AP, whereas the other pokerrooms have managed to negotiate a way to pay US players their balances within a couple of weeks.
The US government, unlike with the recent cases, still has nothing on official record to confirm what EWX is telling their customers.
Bryan has seen a copy of the seizure notice I believe, so this at least seems to have been confirmed. Negotiations have stalled, and it seems getting customers' their money is NOT the most important thing on the agenda.
