eWalletXpress down for Canadians.

Everytime I log into eWalletXpress I get this message -

Please be advised that due to current technical issues we are experiencing, deposits into Canadian wallet accounts are temporarily out of service.
Has anyone heard anything about this?

It's been like this for almost 2 weeks.
