How long have evolution been about, I don't remember seeing the name 3 years ago but every site seems to have them so they must be popular
I expect kepa may have seen at least one of these vids

:
3.05secs in:
another vid showing some sort of handheld device [magnetic

] making the ball stop in a part of the wheel, rather than forcing it to land on a specific number:
and lastly this one, which has the following text underneath the video:
"The new trick Now-days the roulette balls are made of piezoelectric ceramic. The material used is BaTiO3 on the surface, and BaSO4 on the inside for insulation. The ball caries a polarized surface charge when hit by an ultrasonic sound wave. This wave is sent from the inter-digital transducers placed in the spoons (pockets) of each number. They send a wave to the ball that polarizes the surface with a negative charge. The spoon of the number is also negative, therefore the ball jumps out through electrostatic repulsion. Each number pocket has a switch which is controlled by a transistor called IGBT. This transistor turns on the switch so that the spoon in negatively charged. The casino leaves the pockets that it wants the ball to go in neutral, or switch off."

In my own opinion I can't see evolution mass rigging their tables, the risks and money at stake for the whole industry are too great. But the ball movements do sometimes seem a little odd, I believe this occurs not just on evolution's tables though.
Edit: just to add I rarely play roulette due to the tilting risk and potential loss chasing problems that occur; to me the ball movement in that evolution vid above seemed normal, maybe experienced roulette players are more keen eyed and able to spot unnatural looking movements?
