I assume you mean the DOA which boots up with the evo screen? The one which, 6 months ago, took 20,000x stake off me for 0% entertainment and 0% wins over 500x ? . SURELY they couldn't have managed to make an EVEN WORSE version than that bent load of bollocks? :)


edit. I see Jan mentioned the DOA 98% is available at l&l, in the other thread. I thought this was just a one off, temporary rtp increase, exclusively at slots temple. Regardless, I have not attempted to put myself through such agony, no.

Surely we'll get a documentary at some point: there's got to be enough crap going on to pique Netflix's interest.

Funny enough the only game where the hosts actually get to seem like humans is Craps, which is always dealt by men. That's the only game that I can't really see being rigged beyond the occasional questionable umpire call when gravity and momentum cause the dice to land funny. The thing with craps is you can always bet on the opposite outcome so any attempts to rig it would necessarily create advantage play opportunities.

I still rarely play it -- I don't think I've played a round in a year or more. And I've pretty well sworn off Evolution entirely except for the occasional Ultimate Texas Hold'em session. I reckon that'll be my favorite table game forever, and I'm ahead on Evolution's for better or worse.

I won $7000 on Dream Catcher once and am proud to rank myself among the few lifetime winners of a wheel game. Sure as hell won't do it again lol. Especially after I saw that video of the Crazy Time wheel that wouldn't stop, proving that they were lying about it being a non-motorized piece of equipment. Either that or they singlehandedly broke the laws of motion and should be calling up the folks at CERN to collaborate on a new energy source...

For goodness sake the wheel is not motorised you sound like the people in the chat, I have played Crazy Time enough over the last 5 years to know this, the wheel only stops when there is a proper flapper and metal pegs if the flapper breaks the wheel continues for a long time. If you watch the wheel when there is a coin flip it bounces between the flappers of the winning result constantly, maybe some people need a physics lesson.

Yeah, well sort of.

The start button is now green and you can no longer click off the win count ups.

Smaller wins are the worst like 3OAK 10's or 3OAK K's take what seems like forever before you can make the next spin.

Also the scatters don't tease still but the sounds when they drop are back. The feature screen loads up differently and when the wilds land in the bonus the animations are slightly different.

Not had a large enough balance to try it fully yet but 1st impressions are that it is a down grade. a bad downgrade.

Reminds of when Microgaming first tried to switch their flash slots over to HTML5 which a school kid could have done a better job.

Makes no sense to me. Unless they wish to deter fans of the original from spending 12-16 hour up and down sessions like they had became accustom to once upon a time, only to now find out through the same perseverance that big wins have all but disappeared and the balance only ever goes in one direction, at a constantly scary and consistant pace.

Maybe it makes sense, with Evo DOA specifically, to just take a bit from everyone. Since this game was, in the main, notoriously played only by people who didn't mind the (often tedious) grind due to the combination of big rewards and gametime it once offered. So yeah... Have some game time! enjoy it! ;)

Nobody will have the stamina to sit it out for endless sessions with those 5x win count ups forcing them to wait before taking the next exciting none auto spun click, fuming when the 4th 3oak rolls in for the 3rd time a row, hovering the finger over the space bar with dagger eyes, awaiting to be allowed to spin again. Therfore never spend the time it takes to become wise to the likelihood that nobody else either actually see's big wins more than once a year. So, just mug everyone off in small doses, and point to screenshots from 2017 occasionally ;)

But, it is a very strange change to make on a game that was notoriously too boring for many players from day 1. Deemed too boring by so many that regular screenshots from people sharing big hits still wasn't enough to entice them to take on the challenge.
There must have been a reason. So whatever the reason, if it's been decided by Evo, it's ceartinly gowna be a bent one ;)

Defo has to be a reason, main one I'd guess at is incompetence.

I'm no expert but I'd hazard a guess that this game is still very popular, it was supposed to be retired completely 3-4 years ago, has to be a reason they reversed that decision (making money still perhaps?)

I'd just got 'used' to the full speed ahead Evo version following VS removal of the teaser spin version and they go and do this, fucking morons.

There maybe a blessing in disguise here however, in that 90% of the time due to small budget and deposit frequency, it was pretty much the only game I played (rare when I got ahead a bit, I'd try other stuff) If I cannot stand it and it becomes unbearable, then this could be the final push I need to quit completely, I've been close several times already so this could be "Game Over" we'll see.....
 
Evolution have increased the minimum bet on Crazy Balls and Monopoly Big Baller and maybe others to 50p/c from 10c, disgrace this is going to cause people to lose more money who just like to play at lowest bet, seems to be every casino, Crazy Time still 10p/c on some sites but for how long.

So betting on all 4 bonuses goes from 40p/c per spin to £/E2

How can this be justified?

Given that every other casino now has Crazy Balls at 50p you surely can't hang on to 10p and 20p for much longer, this must surely be Evolution removing the options as every casino wouldn't be doing it all on same day after all if you stay at 10p and 20p then you will have the low rollers all to yourself. If I hadn't excluded from All British Casino many many years ago I might even have had a sniff at joining one of your casinos.

I noted that Evolution have had a fall in profits which is causing nerves with their investors could it be they have increased the price for their products to the casinos, who in turn need to increase their profits to pay and why do you think nearly every casino group has removed the two lowest limits on the same day, this usually only happens when UKGC makes a ruling.

I wonder if this has happened outside the UK today or if it's just UK that has had these removed?

short term investors maybe, the long term is share price has huge potential especially with the US expanding.

Good for you, even on 10p I bet most players are betting £1+ a spin anyway I know I do, however at 50p chip min I'm not playing at all.
 
I have noticed something strange I wonder if other players of Crazy Time and Crazy Balls have. On Coin Flip the host is supposed to put the coin on the machine with the colour showing the same as the light around it, I have noticed a few times the host doesn't match the two, today on Crazy Balls the host placed the coin red side up with the light around it blue and said quietly "oh I put it down wrong" and pressed the button and the lowest side appeared. Now if they are supposed to follow the coloured light then this should be void surely.

They would just apologise for the error and sweep it under the carpet. It's theoretically a 50% chance of either side anyway, so no loss or no gain.

Well if the host put the puck down the wrong slot in Pachinko then I am sure it would be flagged and videos appearing on Youtube so why should it be different for coin flip they have a blue or red light for a reason surely the coin flip machine should know the coin is the wrong side and not allow the round to play until it is done properly.

It's easy to say sweep it under the carpet but imagine 5000x blue and 100x red and they make the error, I am sure the casinos would soon be upset if 5000x came out from a invalid flip.

Not the first time I have wondered if the staff are drugged also...I have literally watched staff touching at the wheel in roulette and having to be changed over
 
I just had a dark moment I accidentally hit the £5 chip and ended up betting £40 and of course not a winning round. Only happened to me once before many years ago I bet £125 by accident and of course wasn't a win.

Bit annoying but mistakes happen.

As for are they drugged, well that's a stupid thing to say of course Evolution are not drugging their hosts but I suspect some hosts don't go to work totally clean, there used to be a Crazy Time host about 2 years ago who seemed to be high during a session and was wildly different to his normal personality, after that appearance I never saw him again.
 
One of the hosts of Crazy Balls hosts has just let rip about Evolution while hosting "saying no one cares about us (the hosts), especially long term hosts and it's terrible at the moment, we (they) ask for alcohol for gel for the microphones and the boss says 'why are you drinking it?'. You want help you ask someone they say, ask him, you ask him he says ask him he says ask him."

New management seem to have taken over in Lithuania and they are not popular, apparently they have a points system and people are getting points deducted for saying the wrong thing on air or sneezing and they are sacking people for not being interesting enough hosts, the longer the host has worked for Evolution the more they are disliked as they want new hosts who don't know how the company works.

The host said it used to be fun to host but not anymore, they are leaving hosts on games for more than two hours with no breaks.

This happened to me once too, no idea how but I ended up putting down £150 and the round closed just as I noticed. I went to support like a moron thinking they might give me my money back and wouldn't you know it, missed a 1,000x a few spins later while I was wasting my time with support.
