Since they were acquired by William hill these are considered to me as very reputable.

They pay fast, as far as I know they don't have on jackpots the rule of 9000 a month, I think this rule is not there anymore.

I think people are still a bit scary of them since they were Cpay before, but now they are underestimated to my taste.

I share this opinion. Anyway I never had problems with them as a player even before. I always liked to play at this group due to their generous bonuses. I never had problems on withdrawals either.

I also experienced that since William Hill purchased them there were many good changes made. The bonus rules of Prestige and 21 Nova became even better (it wasn't bad in the past either however). Now the turnover on reloads is only 10x at Prestige, that is awsome.

i also have made only good experience with any of the william hill outfits.

payments are alwaays sent after 4 days also on sundays.

customer service was alsways high professional.

also their bonus wagering is more than fair compared to other palytechs.

Look into their terms and contidions:

'7.9 We will attempt to accommodate Your request regarding the payment method and currency of payment of Your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by You, such as through different payment providers, a bank draft or wire transfer. Similarly, in certain cases, the currency of Your withdrawal may not be the currency in which Your deposit was made or that was otherwise requested by You.'

This rule can be found in the terms and conditions of lots of casinos, including Casinomeister's accredited, so considering this, WHG shouldn't be titled not reputable for this signle reason, because you see Casinomeister also let casinos into the accredited list that has the same rule in their terms.

On the other hand I agree with you that it is an unpleasant situation indeed when you get your withdrawal to a different paying method than the one you requested it to, especially in case of getting a cheque...

But turning back to listing the good things, I experienced recently that now when you request a check of your wagering status, it will be checked right away, and you don't need to wait hours for the status report e-mail like before. I also experienced it at GGN as well. Good imporvement! I wonder others also experienced it?

Well, all I said was that the fact they sent you a cheque instead of Moneybookers is something that is written about in the rules. So on this base they shouldn't be titled non-reputable. How you evaluate the casino apart from this is your own personal opinion. Personally I never experienced such problems, and I like playing at them for the great table game features, good bonus rules and generous reload bonuses. But I know this doesn't mean that others cannot be unsatisfied. I am sorry for your case, and it is a pity you had this problem.

at least WHG doesn't have these rules... but has good table game features and all games alowed bonus
