EUROPALACE? YES !

Ten months ago, having already played EuroPalace for some years -
there were only 8 CM responses to my lil thread starter :

Have enjoyed similar results there ever since,
with some nice wins, quick payouts, no unwanted mail -
and never any suggestion they might be in any way unreliable.

Often wondered though why the promotions were similar to Fortune Lounge and yet EuroPalace remained "independent".

I've been a EuroPalace member for a long time. Always loved their support ect but to be honest the last interaction I had with them left a temporary bad taste in my mouth. I had a zero balance, made a deposit to claim a 100% bonus that was emailed to me and it was not credited right. It only showed a portion of my actual deposit as cash and the rest as bonus. Ironically the overall balance was the right amount. I went back and forth with live chat and they said it was an existing bonus on my account that my deposit had gone too. I asked why but they could not be specific as to what I still had outstanding to cause this (left over free spin or whatever). I finally gave up and played it. Kept the Live chat on my desktop for a while since it really bothered me but deleted it a few weeks ago. All in all though, other than that lol, I think they'll pass with flying colors based on all of my previous positive experiences with them.

This sometimes happens with MG bonuses but as it has now joined FL its likely to be better. I had the same problem recently at Royal Vegas but several emails did the trick. At first support staff didn't seem to understand so you must exercise patience and explain thoroughly.
 
I find the Fortune Lounge Group as a whole very good and the only complaint I have is being sometimes being asked to deposit more for a better bonus.

I was about to deposit £50 and get a 25% bonus, the chat rep told me they could make me a better offer. After a minute or so they told me if I upped my deposit to £70 I would receive the 25% bonus but also "10 FREE SPINS".

That's not a better offer!

You're right Chuchu absolutely patience is golden. Honestly thought after an hour, my patience had left the building lol.
 
Is here a good place to present a problem with Europalace ? I have more than 4k canceled even if I completed all their requests (things like holding my documents in front of a camera and make pictures with them)....and until now I don't have a reasonable explanation.

No - this should have been posted in the complaint's forum. I'm now moving these posts over to there.
