I usually enjoy playing there, however something happened that set me off this morning.
I made a deposit within over the weekend and won, so I cashed out with no issues. Today I played a free chip promotion they have going on, made it past the playthrough and went to cash out the 50.00 max amount only to be denied because I DIDN"T lose on my last deposit.
So because I won and cashed out on a clean deposit, my winnings off the free chip were voided.

Just a heads up to anyone who might not be aware of this bit of "fine print" in the casino rules

What do their TOC say about withdrawing a clean balance and then immediately claiming a NDB afterwards and trying to withdraw that?

It would be silly as fuck to deny a paltry $50 cash-out and upset their customer who just won and potentially not give the casino an opportunity to have the winner re-deposit they're winnings.

Hi Gunslinger1X,

I changed the title of your thread to more accurately reflect the issue at hand. I have seen that rule at a few places. If it's in the terms, however unpopular it may be, it's not untoward.

It's important to always check the terms for these rules or contact live help for clarification.

Nate
Howdy Nate,
I appreciate that, I have been denied because I hadn't made a deposit which I get.
But being denied because I made a deposit at won was enough for me to close my account there

This was email they sent me.
Hi Gun,

I hope this email finds you well.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be advised that once a withdrawal is made, your next action must be a deposit in order to be eligible to withdraw from the free promotion.

This requirement applies regardless of whether the withdrawal was made from a deposit or from a free promotion. As outlined in our terms and conditions, a deposit must follow any withdrawal.

Thank you for your understanding.

Then it's just their rule. I've heard of other casinos implementing this in their TOC. One that comes to mind is a dinosaur and still a very trusted online casino called "Win-A-Day". You can't claim and withdraw from a NDB after claiming two consecutive NBD without a deposit first.

My question to you is: After this casino paid you in full and provided a pleasant email to notify you why they denied it, don't you think that immediately closing your account afterwards was a little drastic?

They didn't pay me for the 50 I won, they only paid out on the clean deposit prior to winning on the free chip.
it was the 1st NDB that I managed to win off of since the last deposit

II understand what you meant. The payout on the deposit shouldn't ever be in question, however if they offer you a bonus after a deposit there is no excuse for not paying out off you win off that bonus.
Pacific spins, Yabby, Brango, Extreme, Emu, Adrenaline and Thunderpick all pay regardless of whether or not your last transaction was a withdrawal.
I get that some people will find that acceptable, but I personally do not.

Yeah, but it's a mass email or mass claimable bonus they offer to all depositing players. All casinos do it. Their systems aren't capable of picking and choosing who qualifies for the NDB and who doesn't. It's up to the player to read the TOC before claiming any free money from the casino and expecting to cash-out from it. This way there's no disappoint on your end.

You still haven't answered my question about this rule appearing in their TOC or not.

I've gotten those as well, however this was in my promotions available queue on site. As for the TOC, it's buried in there in the fine print. under a subsection of "withdrawal terms" along with 2 dozen other ways they can deny your winnings.
So it IS in the rules, however still feels like just another way to keep you winning on top of the ridiculous amount of playthrough they require to even meet the cashout terms.
Sadly instant pay crypto casinos that allow US players are hard to find, so I'll just keep looking for something better while playing the ones I don't have issues with

Try 3Dice.

Appreciate the recommendation, just signed up

You're going to love it there. Great community and years of unmatched trust in the online casino space. The chat there is amazing, too. There's tons of players who have been playing there for decades.

If you have any questions as a newbie, drop the rep here a DM. @3Dice
Or in the chat on the right, ask for Anna the floor manager.

Good luck!

P.S. I recently won a sitewide jackpot there for 22k. Fully paid in less than 24 hours.
