Error in lobby message

The timed out error just sounds like a server problem to me.

Probably too many requests are being made at once and the time allowed for each request to sit there waiting is too short. Maybe it's a simple matter of increasing the permitted wait time.

Chayton's errors look like basic script errors in the programming.

I've been getting this error for a fair few days now, disconnecting and reconnecting sorts it.

Just got it now at 14:55 GMT, identifier is MAL0419.

I'm on the Isle of Man, about 15 miles away from MG HQ :D

Have you tried just driving over and kicking the servers?
 
Nope, not fixed, still getting it and MAL0419.

21:50 BST UK

Maybe it's fixed for loading the promo, but not when a player has already taken it that day (like me) and would be shown the "play mobile" screen on subsequent logins.

Tomorrow could confirm or deny this theory (I'll see if the promo loads, and if it does, see whether the mobile screen loads after I have taken and lost the promo bonus).
 
I am still getting the error just as I was yesterday, still fixed by disconnecting/reconnecting just the same as I said yesterday too BUT, I now get a second Internet Explorer window opening at the time of connecting, with full controls, taking me to the main 32red promotions page at:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.


I wonder if they have 'fixed' it to open that page as an alternative ? Or am I the only one getting this behaviour? Very strange if so !

NB, don't know if its relevant but my usual browser is chrome so the code to open IE is browser specific and probably a bad idea for production code, as it's sidestepping the usual OS mechanism for loading the default browser... this happens a lot with microgaming though eg the live chat so maybe it can't be helped?

MAL0419

Promo screen loads first time Dash & 32Red

32Red - "play mobile" screen loads without issue after promo claimed and lost on slots tighter than a gnat's rectum.

Everything now back to normal.


But, how come there is still the error message? (MAL0419)

There is still the issue of clicking on the tournaments tab and having the lobby freeze and then the client crash by terminating itself. However, this has not happened at 32Red very recently, and tournaments worked last time I tried, but it still happens occasionally at other MGS casinos.

The MAL0419 isn't an error message, just a way for us to see which server you were hitting on the promo page. Providing the dreaded time out error isn't showing it looks like we may have sorted it!

I'll sort out a little something to thank you all for helping, leave that with me. :)

I read "MAL" as being an error (I think it's French). I was getting MAL0419 and MAL0420, but it seemed that it was always MAL0419 when I got the error, and for some reason, I started hitting MAL0420 once it was working.

I think I understand what was going on now.

The request went to the wrong server (MAL0419) when I first logged on, but disconnecting and reconnecting somehow made the lobby try the correct server (MAL0420). I now get MAL0420 right from the start, and the pages load first time.

I'll have that 1000% bonus (deposit 100, get 1000) that I was unable to claim due to this error:D

I remember trying to claim it and getting nowhere, so I left it for a while. When I woke up the next morning, I just couldn't get it to load anymore, nor could I find the email - I must have accidentally deleted it:p

^ Above error is also at other casinos for me. Ladbrokes for example...

Edit: maybe not same error. But script error. Have to click on No some times to get it to vanish. But not happening so often on 32red as for example ladbrokes.
