Error in lobby message

Hi Guys,

Looking for your help here please.

As pointed out in the promo thread, some players are getting the error below when logging in to the casino lobby. I've been asked to get as many examples as possible as the technical guys cannot reproduce.

Can I ask that you load the casino and log in. If you get the error, please open Internet explorer and go to this URL: Old / Expired Link

Please come back and post the time of the error, the machine id that shows in the URL and your location. I'll be dishing out free chips to those who can help.

Hmm here are two log ins from both 32Red at 14:33 and GL at 14:36.

Errorcode/ID MAL0419/MAL0400 respectively.

If someone had asked this from me before i would have gladly provided it:) ( the ID i mean)

Dash and Nedplay started up faultless this time.
Edit:Current Location = Tolkamer, Netherlands (German border)

see this error in lobby few days... Do what you Mark ask, here is error:
MAL0419

location: Belarus(Minsk)
after it everything works, is this 32red magic or something like that?)

for Dash it was MAL0400

To VW if you restart your computer im sure you get this error again, what seems to happen once you disconnect and connect again at
one of the casino in the group, the others are ok, but once you restart you get the error again, just tried it out.

I've logged in a dozen times and clicked every combination that I can find without making an actual deposit and I can't reproduce any errors.

I'm flawless. :p
 
I got this now
for Dash it was MAL0400
32red MAL0419

Not here, when i posted above the 32Red and Gl as stated above, the other two were fine, now i logged on to 32Red again and have the same error MAL 0419. at 15:17, and just now also at GL at 15:23, with again code MAL0400.

Also in Nedplay now at 15:39, errorID MAL0419 (in both Chrome and IE so doesn't appear to make a difference)

The machine i am using is a Vista 32bit laptop.

@ Mark, this time i opened all manually in IE, the last attempt was with autobrowser Chrome.. don't know if that makes a difference:)

Ok just did another test here, tried again to restart my puter, like i mentions above, then open up a game but this time it open up without an error :)
 
hmmm got the Your request timed out. Please retry the request again. MAL0420 this time, was ok 15 min ago didnt restart or anything.
 
Since i started playing at dash in May i always get this error and never saw a Promo. I alawys check the login direct on the website to check the promos.

MAL0400 15.45
Germany

Tried 32red, same Error.

Hi Mark!

I have the MAL0419 as well in Leeds, o2 internet.

I don't know if this will help you, but I can tell you the error started appearing the very first day after you ended the 6 pack promotion, as I remember contacting support that day to ask what the days offer was (as I got the white box/error) and they told me it had actually finished yesterday.

Also, when you get the error message, if you hit disconnect at the bottom of the casino client then reconnect immediately, the box will then load up correctly .. and offer me a nice 100% match on £50 .. groovy :)

Hope you guys can work it out soon!

Same here at 32red, weird. :what:

Tried dash again, this time MAL0419 and "404 Page not found"
 
One other thing I just noticed, when the box DOES NOT load, it's pointing at this URL, which cannot be loaded in a browser (shows: There has been an Error. Please contact support.)

Whereas after disconnect/reconnect and the page loads, it's now pointing here:

Which can be loaded in a browser too.

Oooh - this very well could help you. if your engineers enable AUTO-LOGIN checkbox i reckon they will get the same result as us, I think your script default.aspx is not returning the correct string on an autoconnect, whereas if they are just hitting the connect button manually after opening the app it works fine just as if hitting disconnect/reconnect - good luck with it!

edit: one more thing, I tried this on another computer just to confirm the theory and I notice, if I have just logged in and got the promo successfully, it then works fine on a subsequent attempt even from another computer - which would also go a long way to explain why you can't replicate it because no doubt your guys are logging into the software all day long..

I work in computers fixing glitches like this and so it really bugs me if I can't work out the answer :)

No error messages the last few days, however the promo is not there. It should be since the new one started yesterday?
This has been going on for about 3 weeks now.

Andi, I think they must be working on this now as the promo has vanished since i made my last post - if you hit disconnect/reconnect now, you just get the 32red on the move page instead..

I saw the bonus promo last night and never chucked the 50 in til I saw this post, glad I did now...! Hope they get it up again for the rest of you though
 
errors

i'm getting the same for the last week/your request has timed out,

i would normally just ignore it as its most probably just a script command not loading on my ie

but the fact its happening to lots of people would show its almost certainly comein from source,

i also updated flash and java just to rule them out, good luck fixing it :thumbsup:
 
MAL0419 Here...

I haven't seen the lobby page in a few days, I had 'Auto Log In' enabled and always received the error.

After disabling Auto Log In (Tx Catapult) and connecting, the Lobby Page loaded. I then re-enabled it and subsequent auto log ins never repeated the error...

I do not see any promo btw.

Now I'm getting a weird error. It keeps saying "You don't have enough money to place this bet." :p
 
I'm worried I'll be kicking myself for taking that damn promo earlier at this rate anyway, not even cleared £10 of my £50 bonus balance yet and already flying past 4x starting balance... !! So typical, had terrible luck on my last 15 or so deposits at 32red as well..
 
I'm not having any trouble at all in 32Red, but logged into Dash to check and I'm getting the following errors - in this order (the first one comes up twice):

It doesn't matter if I select yes or no, I still get the same errors and then no promo shows up.

Getting the error at 12:05 in Ireland on Golden Lounge, 32Red & Dash are ok today, had that error in them all over the last few days
