Hi All

Since my rather epic autobi-introduction in yesterdays posts, I have been on quite some mission of discovery

Contrary to my virgin post, I will get right to it.....

Are Bet365 part of the Casino Rewards Group? The very company who offer the oh so fun game of carrot dangling forever just out of reach?

I've tried searching but havent come across anything, I might just be crap at searching

The reason I ask is.... earlier I accidently clicked on the livechat box, and was greeted by a chap as being from "The Casino Rewards Team"

I've been signed up with Bet365 for a couple of years but have never really played there, from the history I only ever made a minimal deposit, once, in the beginning and not since.

If they all are one in the same, because of all the hooharr with my proper CR account, I best not go play with them boys eh?

It's a new one on me if Bet365 are part of CR group! I don't get any spam from Bet365 so that alone rules it out...

Bet365 are not part of the casinorewards group.

The title of the chat box/person you spoke to you was just a coincidence.

Yhe bet365 is nothing to do with them, I shouldn't worry about them as they are top notch,

Back to the CR I did say there was ok but forgot to mention that I have not played there for years due to the spam and not completly upfront about things

It's just a little bit small though!
What you need to do with screenshots is make sure they are small MEMORY-WISE, not size-wise.
Open the picture using Microsoft Paint (if you're using Windows - if not, some similar program), re-size it to 680 pixels wide by 480 high and re-save it as a JPEG. Then it should take way less than 200KB of memory and will upload full size and perfectly clear.

As others have already said, Bet365 are DEFINITELY nothing to do with Casino Rewards.

You probably clicked the "Bonus team" button, which opens livechat box with a person responsible for bonuses, casino rewards etc, and he or she just described him or herself as part of casino reward team. Pretty much every casino has casino rewards, bonuses etc, so most casinos have something that could be called casino reward team but they are not part of Casino Reward group.
