So players such as myself from Aus would like...

1. Service... I expect to be able to chat online if said casino says 'online chat'... ie. if chat is available then I shouldn't have to wait too long to get through right?
2. If I can't get through to chat then I expect an email in response to the mail sent... and not have to wait hours!

So this is my experience so far with these multi-casinos such as Guts... and the newbie VideoSlots...

no online chat... no callback... and no emails!

I realise there is a time difference but why add an online chat if no one is there?

Poor!!!

Just today I put deposited into Guts... had a question to ask... but yet again... chat times out.

At least MG casinos have the time of day for a player!!!

24/7 live chat is more of an exception than a rule. Most small and medium sized casinos don't have 24/7 live chat. Usually only huge casinos like Betsson, Unibet, Bet365 and BetVictor have them.

Small and medium? Ok I get that... but when you deposit and then hit support and then live chat... and no one answers?

I would think that it would be prudent to tell the user that live chat is OFFLINE...

Maybe they are online, but it's just one poor guy that works on a Sunday morning.
Suddenly there are hundreds of players at one time that are having a lot of errors and wants to report it.
Maybe you can't get through but if you have sent an email it will at least be read.

I know it's frustrating for you but I'm sure it's the same for those that works there too when they can't answer everyone at the same time ;)

Is that so? My $100 deserves lots of f attention! Same if anyone puts in $5!!

I'd like to play a lot more at Guts, but this error just kicks the site into touch. I get it so often I just stopped playing there. Playboy wouldn't make it through more than a couple of hundred spins on quick spin auto play before the error popped up (sometimes much sooner) so I headed for the door in frustration.
Haven't been back much since.

Aussies are already spoilt for choice so far as gaming software are concerned. You guys also have a variety of depositing options. Frankly, while live chat is desirable, so long as the casino is responsive within a reasonable period personally I believe its acceptable. As a business, there are costs to consider and live chat is expensive.

Guts always answers my emails within an hour. I get something to do in the interim and when I am back to check my emails presto, the reply is already there. Issues are normally solved too.
 
I played there other day, small play. chat worked fine, but some games did not.
So chat suggested try a different browser.

I was using firefox and went to chrome and it was fine.
Maybe try a different browser ?
