So players such as myself from Aus would like...
1. Service... I expect to be able to chat online if said casino says 'online chat'... ie. if chat is available then I shouldn't have to wait too long to get through right?
2. If I can't get through to chat then I expect an email in response to the mail sent... and not have to wait hours!
So this is my experience so far with these multi-casinos such as Guts... and the newbie VideoSlots...
no online chat... no callback... and no emails!
I realise there is a time difference but why add an online chat if no one is there?
Poor!!!
Just today I put deposited into Guts... had a question to ask... but yet again... chat times out.
At least MG casinos have the time of day for a player!!!
