Hey,
So I'm a little disappointed in Emu Casino. Whilst losing money is my own fault clearly I'm not stupid, their gaming limits are not good. I set myself a weekly limit of $50. I went in to change it which is supposed to take 7 days only to discover it's automatic! $400 more later and yeah I guess you could call me a sore loser but shouldn't they at least have a 24 hour wait? Whats the point of being able to set deposit limits if you can immediately change them back?

That is weird. In every place I've seen the terms state anything from 2-7 days to increase limits plus some even make you speak to CS first. I would assume Emu is the same, and something has gone wrong?

re

You would think so and as said I do accept responsibility as it is about self control and I was chasing, HOWEVER I changed it several times and found I could then deposit again immediately!

I don't know anything about that casino but I took a look at what they said about responsible gaming, and it was better than it usually are at other casinos.
Have you talked to the support yet?
I find it strange that you have been able to do the same earlier but never told them that it didn't seem to work correct.
Did you win those other times so it was ok then that the system didn't work?
They might not know and need to be told.

What outcome are you looking for here?

An apology? Improvement?

Thank you.

It only happened this past 2 days I never tried before. I'm looking for improvement I'm not trying to get my money back or anything I knew what I was doing

I would suggest making a complaint if this is the case, by contacting senior CS. RG is one of the common factors in every licensing authority, regardless of their attitude or leniency where other matters are concerned. If there is an error in registering or not recording/auctioning any player deposit limit requests, then this is serious. Very. The limits you set were not done via CS but an automated interface, correct?

Re issue solved

I spoke with Adrian from Emu who I've always had pleasant dealings with and he advised me there was a system error and refunded part of my money and has fixed the problem. I'm happy with how they dealt with it. I have no other issues with this casino they've always been pretty good just was a little bothered by this. All is good!
