Lets get everybody back in this topic BUMP*

has anyone witnessed improvement with eCOGRA since?

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/ecogra-q-a-with-andrew-beveridge.31224/

I wouldnt be surprised if the answer is no, because I have learned that this is a ponzi scheme. So far I have Digimedia(carmenmedia aka thebellerockent aka fortunelounge aka thecitygroup aka buffalopartners aka brightshare aka thepalacegroup aka Bayton limited), MGA malta, eCOGRA, Askgamblers, Betway(betway limited), Videoslots, CasinoRewards, Casino.com(mansion), ConquerCasino.

They are all the same people. I am working on my evidence as of now, and will show you all when its done, hopefully this week. Oh, 888poker, Bet365, 32red, are also with them.

If you notice in the interview with eCOGRA, they dont give you direct answers, and always try to do a run around, which they are doing to me at this moment.

I think the real term for affiliate are the ones that share the same progressive jackpots, or have the eCOGRA logo.

the Nevada Gaming Control Board confirms this. eCOGRA openly confirms this on their site.

The problem is, they have conned so many people, that they wanna make us think that they have many 'affiliates'.

Whats the difference with a eCOGRA fair and safe seal and the eCOGRA trust seal? does anyone know when the trust seal came around? Im guessing it has to be recently...

Anyways, stay tuned.

Host, can you put this at the top so it can be seen?

I've moved your post to its own thread. You were bumping up a thread that was nine years old and out of date. Some of those participating are no longer with us.

Thanks.

But yea, eCOGRA is part of ponzi scheme. Bunch of con artists.

They do nothing but lie. There job that they love to make us believe that they do responsible monitoring to make sure players are protected.

To get a an idea of which casinos they own, go to askgamblers.com.The ones that have good reviews with hardly any complaints. Those are the casinos they own. Its all mind games.

UKGC?=UK scamming commission

Do you guys notice that all these guys do is promote 'fairness and protection for players and blah blah blah', while nothing gets done and people still have problems, year after year.

Ill prove it to you guys. Lets make a thread and see if we can find players that the CMA has helped. My guess would be less then 5 people LOL. The rest would be fake reviews. Its all mind games.

It took me more than 3 years to know this. If I showed you guys what I went trough, and what is happening right now, you would think I was telling you stories.

The CMA and UKGC are both, located in the victoria building, which to me, raises flags.

But yea, lets see if we have anyone that will reply with a better experience.

New Rule (for you): don't post BS. If you've got something to say please include your proof. No proof? No post SVP.

He means the Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA) which is exactly what the UKGC needs to pay attention too and indeed has, a fact reflected in some of this year's edicts from the UKGC.

By the way, MI5 and MI6 share some facilities too. It makes sense for us taxpayers. :D

I'm not etirely au fait with the gambling redress systems, but do the MGA [and eCOGRA ?] publish figures on the total number of complaints investigated and upheld/partially upheld. I've just looked online for MGA but can't see anything, maybe they release the figures in their annual report?

Exactly. None of them will post it, that should tell you something.

Dunover, yea, the Competition Markets Authority

What kind of proof would you all like to see? who wants to see keyloggers?

Mga Malta eCOGRA IBAS Kahawake

Has anyone ever made a dispute, knowing you that there was no way you could lose, but when the decision comes, it favours the online casino?

Im talking about big disputes, like 10k and up, which you knew that there was no way you were gonna lose the dispute, yet you end up losing.

It could be self exclusion, which you later find out that, that these online operators, have failed to prevent you from playing in their affiliates, let alone, even inform you in the first place.
Its not that they didnt detect you, rather they knew all along. Thats why they have always make up new names and affilates, or let the media know which casinos are migrating and blah blah blah.

If you notice, they do this all the time, meanwhile, they own all of 95% of the online casinos, but they want to give us an impression, that they have different, 'brands', and 'affiliites'.

Do you know why? they probably make most of their profit from problem gamblers, i e, gambling addicts, careless gamblers, and last but not least, self excluded players.
This is a huge topic in the UK, you can see this year, all of these self exclusion problem programs, started taking place, which they want to make sure we are 'safe and proctected'

Right. Do you think its because, the online operators authorities, failed to detect, self excluded, or wasnt able recognize players problem pattern behaviour?

Lets compare detection from an online casino, to a Land based casino, IP vs facial recognition, which are both stored in the casino data base. Which one do you think is more likely to detect?

Id say IP, and the online casino knows this, the same way if you were to sign up twice, which the system informs you, or if you were to try to make a withdrawl, which the operator will then inform you that you are self excluded and wont be able to withdrawl, which you had no idea you were in a member/affilate all along.

Do you know why you had no clue? or why you were never informed, since this a strict procedure of the lisenced casino to make follow on?
Keep in mind, Im talking about the people that spend alot, or lost alot. Why? because these are the people they target. Sure, there will be alot of people that win disputes in the hundreds, or even few thousands, but has there anyone who has ever made a dispute of 10k and won? how about 20k or more? Let's find out, but be careful of the fake posts, which they use in alot of their advertisements, for example, 'data and privacy protection', 'third party auditing', 'access to secure servers'.

I bet if we were to track all of these casinos, it would lead us to the very few owners, who by the way, have a partnership with the remaining.

Conspiracy theory? Proof? all I can say is for the ones who have went through this, just think on it. Notice how Digi media have so many names? Digimedia Ltd aka Thepalacegroup aka thegroup aka fortune lounge aka the belle rock aka carmenmedia aka all jackpot factory aka thecityviewsgroup aka buffalopartners aka waferback aka playersupportcenter.

Last year, they were known as 'Thepalacegroup', the year before that it was,' fortune lounge'. This year its 'the belle rock entertainment'., which is located at Gilbraltar, europort.(888poker, mansion, are in the same complex, and many more by the way)

Do you think they change names because they get bored of them? No, they do it so they can hide, so they trap problem gamblers(self exclusion). And in case this problem gambler were to win and tried to cash out, thats when they get the 'surprise'.

Another reason for the multiple names are incase there happened to be an investigation, that they wouldnt detect it, since its registered and looks legit. Hence, this is why they have so many names.

How are they able to register them and make them look legit? you guys can figure that out. This has been going on for years, and everyone believed it, because its a genius plan. Its all physiological mind games that includes false advertising, to make us feel as if were safe guarded. They use forums to attract people by doing this.

But dont worry people, eCOGRA will verify that were protected and monitored. Ecogras been around since 2003. For the past 15 years, is there anyone who can say eCOGRA has done their job and are legit?

My point is, they are all controlled by one organization. It took me more than 3 years to figure this out. Believe it or not, ur call. It wont affect me.

How can you register so many names, without them questioning you, rather they allow them to do it.

casinomeister,

Im just curious, was that to embbarasss me? Im asking you this, since you didnt enlarge the other photos. Why?

If you had also enlarged my other pics, I woudlnt have asked you, but since you didnt, You obviously tried to embarrass me.

Did it work? maybe a little at first, but nothing I would sleep from. I have been sending it out to authorities, without editing it. I am a playboy that gets hot girls, thats why I dont care

You know that saying though, 'It takes one to know one', or 'You smelt it,you dealt it'?

Okay Mr. Playboy who gets all of the hot chicks, it was your screenshot not mine, and it is FUNNY. Or do you not have a sense of humor?

Unfortunately your claims don't add up. You have not done the proper research to know the history of some of these casino groups. Bellerock, Referback, Carmen Media, and Forwardslash were all one in the same group. They used different names to distinguish the difference between the casinos, their affiliate programs, and media buyers. Same goes for Wagershare - it was the Palace Group and Wintechnologies. Same offices, but different people. Brightshare was Jackpot Factory. Buffalo Partners came about when Referback was purchased by Wagershare - and then Digimedia came about and purchased the JF group, and Buffalo Partners. And Digimedia took control of the Fortune Lounge group as well.

It's like a plate of spaghetti, but it is more or less the same ownership.

Casino Rewards is a separate group that only shares the fact that they run the same software (MGS Viper). That's it.

Many of these casinos have been around for 20 years, bought and sold by related companies so what do you expect? There will be some connections here and there.

As for what this has to do with eCOGRA, I'm not sure what you are trying to "prove" here. I can say that I am not aware of any player issue that was swept under the carpet or tossed into the bin because eCOGRA are "scammers" and always side with the casino. Same goes for the KGC and MGA. Show your proof, not some screenshots. Inform these players to submit their complaints here. Max and I have direct contact with all of these complaint managers, and we can certainly pose questions to them if warranted.

Remember, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
