I received the following information from JC:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer e-check as a deposit method as our processor has ceased operations indefinitely.

I checked ClubWorld and Rushmore-eCheck is no longer an option.

I saw this over the weekend, and was like WTF...thankfully PokerStars still has this option.

Ok, I'm eating my hat.

I just confirmed that Intertops has instant e-checks available. :)

There's a $100 limit ($50 minimum) on your first deposit, and you have to wait 10 days after your first deposit to make a withdrawal. I can say for a fact that funds are available immediately after being approved. :)

It does come with consequences, though. If any transaction is returned, they will close your account.

You'll already need to have an account with them, since they're MGS.

Does this mean they don't accept new US customers?

Correct. I do believe that if you have an account with their sister casino, Royal Joker, you can contact Intertops to get an account there, as well. It's quite possible that RJ has this e-check option available, too...
