eCash Problems

Hello Bryan,

As my issue is not about a casino but about the cash vendor I will post here first.

I tried to withdraw some cash from Intercasino for the first time and it stated I needed a PIN number form ecash, whcih I never received in the first place.

So I tried calling them and no answer, then I have sent 4 emails requesting a new PIN number and nothing, to which they did receive as I put in delivery receipt.

Not sure what to do at this point. I can make deposits all day but I cannot get my money out.

I am going to contact Intercasino, but I am not sure they can help.
