Seems rather hypocritical that they're chasing relatively respectable casinos.
when they've got all those cowboys operating out of Curacao, a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands

That's very true, willemstad the capital city of Curacao looks a very funky place, definitely got a dutch vibe to it, why don't they make curacao the netherlands version of the ukgc; it's okay to be laid back but Curacao seem to take that to the extreme when it comes to player protection:

Reminds of bits of Belfast:laugh:

There's some walking around vids on youtube.

and from our foreign office travel advice website:

The islands of the Dutch Caribbean continue to be used to smuggle illegal drugs from South America to Europe and North America. You should have a heightened sense of awareness of this problem and never leave bags unattended. Under no circumstances should you discuss or agree to carry a package for anyone

Does anyone actually still need telling this??? especially when they insist you store it where the sun don't shine

I think they need to be told because they have a heightened sense of awareness, if you know what I mean

I had one of those last week, only it had a green lolly in it and was a sour version, which I'm immune to after the missus.

yep, its all good stuff as long as you don't try to inhale it :p

We should have a classic sweets thread

Maybe i'm not remembering correctly, but i'm sure when i was a kid fizzy cola bottles were, err, fizzy? Had some the other month and it was tasteless gelatine.

I remember the sweety cigarettes - they were the gateway to Marlboro Red (and some dogdy Turkish Fags) in later life - the same way the Andy Capp slot led me 20 odds years to Bonanza:p

yeah I remember them white stick cigarette sweets, I think they came with a picture card inside as well. we were easily pleased in those days, finding a free plastic gift hidden in the box of cereal was the highlight of the day

I think the fizzy cola bottles had some sort of sharp sugary stuff coated on them and the plain ones didn't
