Dunder Casino - Not in anyway tested

I agree generally it carries from currency to currency but quite often it does not as well and amounts are different.

When you are talking about a rule that can get thousands of pounds seized it has to be specific and not left open to how the casino want to interpret it.

CS clarifying like you say is good enough usually but again its best to be wary. What is in the terms and conditions stands, and not specifing the size for different currencys is sloppy.

Agreed; even at GUTS, 5 isnt 5 isnt 5, but they do make it clear:
the maximum bet that can be placed is €7.50 (75kr, $7.50, £6)

I'm with you that every site should list max bet in each currency they offer
 
Well tried to sign up again but never get the verifaction code sent to my uk mobile number from Dunder Casino
Spoke to live support and they suggest I "try another browser"!!!

wtf wont matter what browser i use its nothing to do with that - its the SMS they are supposed to send
not getting to my mobile.

Also support took an age to reply and in the end when I explained its not an issue with my browser (ff latest build btw)
but with their sms system I waited and waited for a response in live chat but the CS rep must have fallen asleep.
So I gave up.

One to avoid right now - as my first interaction with CS was to put it bluntly CRAP!
 
I did get a PM here from an someone from Dundar but they are not a registered rep for this casino here yet. Advise was to restart my phone or take out and replace sim card.
Apparently they had issues with bonus abusers. Anyway holding off on this one until they either have an official rep here or I know more about them.

Im not saying anything untoward at all about the person contacting me as they did supply a business email linked to the casino
but would be more comfortable if they had official status as a rep here.

You take the 25% bonus on a 100 deposit you need (at 25xD+B) an outrageous 125xB wagering.

Yep I did and am used to this kind of thing. The unofficial cm rep told me remove and re-insert sim card etc but got nothing to do with that. You either get an sms or not.
That to me sounds like "clear ya cookies bs" ....

Seems like a messy site launch where these people i have to say don't really know what they are doing. Surprising as its MT secure Trade so linked to guts betspin and so on.

Well the rep told me they had allot of "Bonus abusers" but is this just people who hunt for bonuses ? It goes with the territory these days and so casinos should
be aware of that and know how to deal with it. To say they were not dealing with SMS issues which is what I was told because of the so called Bonus abuse is a
very bad an unprofessional response. As a new outfit they should be jumping of the chair to help my sign up go through! Rather than avoiding helping because
they are busy elsewhere.

They just lost a potential new customer for now.

And yeah any person who takes a 25% bonus with such terms is an idiot and may as well just donate the money.

Help told me to open up a diffrent browser and try again which worked, I wonder if this is why account blocked?
 
I spoke to live help. Apparently I did not send in my proof of age whiten 72 hrs? So I emailed and live help pushed it to the right department and was sorted out there and than,

I would not have had no problem sending this in if I had known, Not even a message to let me know or even a welcome email, Infact the only email I have received of them was my deposit confirmation.

But live help seem to be on the ball so thats one good sign,

Just because they are using MT Securetrade's license doesn't mean they can't be owned by the same guys that has Casumo.

True the MGA does not mention anything about Casumo
and neither does the UKGC

True but when it comes to UKGC they would have to be listed as per the requirments as either a URL or owner ship. Which makes me think they are nothing to do at all with Casumo

Maybe the rep from casumo could clear this up ?

Personally these days I want to know which company I am depositing with so knowing who owns what is of important to me anyhow.

Got an e-mail from this crowd a few days ago..I never remember asking this casino to put me on a mailinglist so yeah I assume my details are also being "sold" by casino's who DO have my private e-mailaddress.

Well not the case for every casino - Casumo have no built in RG facilities you always have to go through CS for deposit limit changes SE or TAB ECT
Nothing is automated with them. Which is a pita to be honest. But in fairness they do immediately implement what you ask for without question.
And its quick. But a live system is the one that should be in place everywhere!
