Great attempt to force his wishes through, with the impending gambling laws changes in its final stages.

Nice to see that he cares about gamblers' welfare, just like he cared about actual people on Welfare when he capped Benefits, as well as showing his true contempt for anyone on low incomes, during his stint as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. A true champion of the people! Huzzah!
