Hey guys,how long does the KYC procedure here normally take?
Sent in my docs last Friday!! Still no answer back if they are ok'd or not.
Mostly I will not deposit at any casino until fully KYC'd just to make sure any WD's will not have any unnecessary delays.
But 5 days (ok weekend was in between) to check my drivers license,copy bill and Skrill screen?

If their withdrawals go as "quick" maybe I should not play here?

I actually initiated my first withdrawal at Drückglück yesterday and immediately uploaded documents after I submitted the withdrawal. This morning somebody called me to verify me on telephone. Went smoothly and I received the money only after 12h.

I can't tell why it's so much longer with you.

Like Hedgehok, I received a call for the purposes of telephone verification.

If you are ignoring calls from a private number or a number you do not recognise that is likely to be the reason for delayed confirmation of your verification.

I can never understand why casinos require telephone confirmation

They have everything else they need from the documents - I have never been asked for telephone confirmation and am glad as I do not like casinos calling me..

Joined two weeks ago 2 deposits then a withdrawal ..uploaded docs after withdrawal request ..all as approved the next morning , had two more withdrawals since then with no issues.
