Question Downgrade of class

After a decent win; my VIP level was suddenly downgraded ; is this common for RTG sites; its weird because I know land based sites do the opposite to try and lure you back. Just wondering. I'd rather not say the name of the site just yet; but it is upsetting; They have been very good to me up until this point. I wasn't warned until a few cash outs had been processed.

And I found out when trying to initiate another one.
