They do! Got my refund 30 minutes to my bank, but I sent docs same time I signed up... Probably a good casino but slow servers are unacceptable in my world...hate seeing the "loading" symbols in middle of screen on each spion, tried different game softwares and same with all, 5-6 second between each spins and some also like Yggrasil get same delay after a spin in finished and you wanna hit spin button again. Seen these at other casino and I avoid those! Nothing is more annoying!

im not talking about this particular casino because i have no experience there but i had similar experience at one everymatrix casino where slots would hardly load, and when they did it was next to impossible to play more than 10 spins without errors.

Trust me when i say this when something like that happens you could care less if they pay out in 7 mins, or 7 days you just want to get out of there as soon as possible and never look back so i find topics like this one extremely helpful.

now i just wish i could remember which casino it was but it was by far my worst casino experience ever and i really just wanted to lose asap and thats not why i play slots
