Don't play Lil Devil on MrQ

So i've been playing Lil Devil at MrQ the last 2 days, and noticed issues with the heartstopper to the point where i'm having to deposit and play on another casino. Sometimes I will come back and hearts will either be missing or be reset for the stake i've been playing (In my case, it's happened on £3 and £4 stake). It's annoying when it resets, but i've found logging out and logging in multiple times it will recover. It's when hearts are missing from your last play, they don't come back.

As shown in the images below, you'll see I was 5 hearts away from heartstopper at 00:03. After the deposit, I came back at 00:08 and it only shows 2 hearts collected. After closing and opening the game about 10 times, they did come back. This has happened numerous times in the last 2 days, but this is just a clear example.

This needs to be looked into by their technical team, but until this is sorted I advise people to stay away.

Just a bit of a heads up, I know how expensive this game is to build and the last thing you want is hearts being taken away!

I build lil devil on MRQ since November last year hearts was there last week I finish, some casino they have 90days to save hearts or bonus

UPDATE: This is still happening on MrQ. I hit a deposit limit last month and just come on now to find I have 2 hearts, when I was 4 hearts off a heartstopper on £4.

Being from Australia I can only talk based on Curacao facing casino's that still allow us to play but cases like this do not help as a case against my tin foil hat theory that a casino decides on your deposit itself if you will be a winner or a loser and sends you to different versions of the same game upon entering the game with different weighted reels and pays. Just have played way too many sessions where no matter what game you play its basically all or nothing to still fully believe the "everything's random" crap and yes i stopped depositing anywhere months ago cos I got sick of the same crap on repeat.

If you play for a little bit on that version that has no hearts collected and collect say 2 or 3 I wonder if it will take you to another one with 0 on next deposit or it will then cycle you between the one with almost all and the one with only a few ?

Hearts reset.exe has stopped working. /rant

No with all jokes aside; try loading up a incognito window, and then login to the casino, and open up the game. If the hearts are restored as they should be it is a local issue. Ive read here that nummerous people had settings from ONE casino opened up on another casino. Very weird behaviour. Or maybe it's time to find a different casino.

You're a legend, just gone incog and i'm 4 hearts away! You've saved me a lot of hassle with live chat, thank you

You want my Crypto Wallet adress?

I know that "bug" too. As you load the same game on various casino's, it sometimes tends to provide very erratic behaviour. However once you collect another "heart" it should get back to where it was.

I think it was a thread on here somewhere, that one dude loaded up DOA on one casino, and have it's volume or bet settings stored onto the other casino. This raised a question, and obviously its the same game files, just a different config.

Netent games use cookies to store local data which is why stake, volume and turbo settings roll over from casino to casino but lil devil progress is stored server side so it should not conflict in the same way.

I think it was locally stored "how many hearts" there where there. But if he would be back at the game which should be having almost full set of hearts, and only see a few, he would just have to spin it, grab a heart and the "hearts" would be updated accordingly.

It's a caching issue. Alot of casino's really dont know what they are doing in regards of website optimisation. Caching is good but it seems like someone just flipped the switch and that was it.

I see what you mean, the heart progress is saved server side but locally it keeps a log as well and playing the same game at diffearnt casinos may cause visual conflicts.

Yes. And no need to panic. Upon catching another heart it would update accordingly. Hence the logging in with a fresh incognito tab solves that.

Hi, if there are such problems in the game, why not just change it to another or play in another casino? I can advise you from myself biamo there is no lag and always normal nasypayet slots

I'd happily have done this, but the SoW hurdle on other platforms had proven to be a pain. I've got these sorted and moved to videoslots/leovegas!
