Don't get mails anymore from Casinomeister

Well first I didn't get the High Noon mail even though I signed up here, then the last few times I've come in, there's been a PM waiting as soon as I log in but I never got a mail about it. I've checked my junk mail folder but there's nothing there either - it seems like it's being blocked by my service provider or else it's not being sent. I just doublechecked my options and it says send mail notification on PM, so the settings seem ok.

Anything I can do? Or anything I should check?

Hopefully things will begin to improve. We changed mail servers yesterday, so this may help. But your server may be blocking the newsletter. If you're using hotmail or yahoo for this, I'd change to gmail instead. Both Hotmail and Yahoo drop Casinomeister emails into some black hole for no apparent reason.

I changed to gmail but I don't get mail anymore. No newsletter, nothing.

I also have a notification showing (it's been that way for weeks) telling me I have a PM and there is nothing there. I have cleaned out my inbox and it didn't help.

Any thoughts?

Gmail has been blocking CM mails for some time now, at least in my experience..

If you're using Gmail, you can create a filter to have it *never* sent to the spam folder.....just take note of the "from" address taken from the newsletter when creating a filter, and follow these steps. Just choose the "never send to spam" option....

I signed up here with my home email account so it's not a gmail issue. I have been getting PM notifications the last couple days, so maybe your email change made a difference. I'll wait and see if I get the next newsletter.

The newsletter is sent out from a different server. I believe Bryan uses a dedicated newsletter mailing service for the newsletters.

Good to hear you are now getting notifications regarding PM's.
