The last time I dealt with an issue like this from IGS was that the player received about 50% of his original winnings, and it took about six months or so to receive the final payment.

As for the wish list, anyone can spread whatever amount of joy with anything listed there. Lest we forget these are for Vortran as well. He has indicated what he like the most.
