Don´t play there - I did win over €5000,00 and after my account verification(also did send a picture of my passport in my hand....they demanded it !!!!) and withdrawal request nothing happened. After 7 days i got answer from their finance departement:

I think you will find if you was not experiencing issues with payment than the player would of had no need to spend it, Is it me or payment processors only get in errors when trying to withdraw and not when depositing?

Also can you confirm your partners are Jackpot Knights Casino, and Fenix Casino.

I have played at Hippodrome and lost everything because of lies by their agents and delays in withdrawals, and their management is no better as I was told that I would be offered 1000.00 refund to drop my complaint, but then this wasn't offered either. They don't respect their responsible gambling policy, they don't respect deposit limit requests, they don't respect cool off requests, all they want is the punter to lose their money, and when you lose they offer more bonuses to keep you playing on. Sorry for going on, but I feel extremely angry at the way I was treated by this casino, and I know that their mates at eCOGRA will just agree with them and my complaint will get nowhere.

that's quite a hefty sum tho - 5K, even if it was reversed OP should have stopped wagering at some point, unfortunate that point turned out to be 0.

If you decide to gamble away the winnings or reverse cashout....... because the casino is finding excuses to pay out, then you've actually let the casino win already. For any withdrawal (especially 5K :-)) I'd put up a fight as long as it takes to get a clear answer one way or another.

There's no point in trying to run up the 5K to 25K, cos if they aren't paying 5K they won't pay 25K either..... just my view

remembering my welcome bonus at "redrabbitcasino" i had a bet X3000 win in the end made a withdrwal of 3k

My withdrawal request was created 31.12 in vegasberry and same delay tactics what here has been.
I have made clear that i aint gonna cancel my withdraw. This is so stupid to wait, do they have problems with money...Arent we all;)

I had bonus offer to my email yesterday and there was rule, that everybody with waiting withdraw cant take part of it. I wonder if the idea of a little bit to tighten the screws and take money back to them or players to cancel withdraws.

Managed to get up to £6700, made withdrawal request and asked for account to be closed until withdrawal was processed. Was told on Monday it was processed and might be in my bank the next day, so asked to get my account reopened before cool off ended, but withdrawal was still pending and I was stupid enough to reverse it and lose it. So hippodrome say it's all my fault and nothing to do with them, and I got a call from a manager to say tough luck
 
Please, please, everybody, once you decide to cash-out, Don't Reverse A Dime of it! By reversing your withdrawal you are encouraging these casinos to find new ways to delay payouts and even if you win a little more your wait time counter will start over again when you hit the withdraw button.

Sorry, but it WAS your fault. You even admit it by saying you were "stupid".
If you don't have the will-power to wait a few days to sort out a withdrawal of over 6 grand, I think you should find a new hobby.
(Unless you're a millionaire or something - then you should look at all the great casinos on my website :p)

When you asked for a DL of £100 a week you should have done this via CS on chat and they would (should) have set that immediately. If they hadn't, their foul as this is not following RG ethics. It can be done instantly. If they told you it was processed, in the banking portal the status should have read either 'work in progress' (therefore non-reversible) or 'complete' or similar.
You found it wasn't complete therefore reversible, so CS had mis-informed you. The following events I'm afraid were down to you. I'm not going to bang on about what you should've done as you know this already better than anyone.

I have to say that your posts have shown an inherent weakness where gaming is concerned, you were so unsure of your self-control that you tried to exclude temporarily while this w/d was processed because you obviously didn't trust yourself. I can only advise that if you choose to gamble in future, make sure it's at sites with no pending and there are quite a few.
