Maybe Canadian I guess then because I havent deposited that much there overall. Maybe 1k lifetime and just smaller deposit of $20-$100. And Im up about 3k on them.

But yeah there has been a few times they didnt email and I came across a promo on my account from someone else who had the same or I just opened up a slot and it was there.

The reason I actually asked was certain payouts from extra chilli buy ins never went into my balance.
Was the first and only time I asked them for anything, this was upon awaiting a outcome, which to this day I’ve never had, and that was May/June last year.
It wasn’t a case of me just asking for free stuff as I’d lost a fair bit.
Also had one 50% match offer since.
They got as much chance getting any further business off me as women’s rights has becoming a big thing in Yemen.

I think all mine are log in spins then deposit and play through a certain amount usually $20-$100 and then get freespins ranging from 25 cent-$2. Ive had one 50% and no other matches.

I got another promo tonight..had one two days ago and two days prior. Seeing as most people state they dont get much I must be in that silver lining where they feel they can recoup the money ive won and havent given up on me yet.

I have not received any marketing emails from Leovegas since 14/04/2018 - I went to live chat a few hours ago and asked why and they said that emails was sent out to me. last one being on the 18th titled Starry Spins. I searched for that title in my Live Mail account and nothing was found. So I then went on to search for Leovegas.com and it listed all emails ever from that url and it shown all the withdraw emails. Support emails. And the last promo email was 14/04/2018.

So the CS agent said they have now started an investigation and he personally would chase it up until it is resolved. I just thought I was bonus banned. I miss getting the mail and promo emails and text messages. I do not even get promo text either since the same date period either.

So there we have it. I will await and see what comes of their investigation and I hope that I start to receive them again soon anyway.

Nice too see others still get them. But me, I do not. I might even consider switching my email address to a different provider on my LV account to a gmail one, and see if I get the emails then. Maybe Live have blocked them for some unknown reason. Or maybe it is a bug with their systems?

I shall wait and see what they find out in 48 hours is the time they said it should take for them to investigate it anyway.

You have def deposited more than I from what I remember of your other post and you are a winner, as am I. Im trying to figure out why I get so many promos.... and I really think they see me as someone they can still get their losses back. Im up around 3-4k on them and I get more and more promos each week it seems. In level 19 so I dont think thats very high

Turned out there was something at their end when they went into the back end and I started getting it. I got up to level 50 odd before my PAB related expulsion but i think my offers did tail off near the end....i actually don't mind their offers; like some have said you don't forfeit the spins when you withdraw. I was getting regular deposit offers up until level 30 ish and then they definitely slowed down - whether that was just me or not....

Unlike LIL etc I was being battered deposit wise near the end with them so there was probably no incentive to send them - i was depositing and losing anyhow

Yep it could be all kinds of reasons. I like the offers because they are sort of parachute without having to forfeit them. If I win, I cashout then I can play the spins and if I lose its a second chance. Many times I have won with my cash, withdraw then went and did my 100 $2 spins and played all night long on it. I used to never get bonuses here and then all of the sudden...bingo

Well for me. I have an idea what caused this to happen. In April last year my account got closed for 6 months. And when I reopened it 6 months later. No it was nothing to do with Self Exclusion or gambling problems. As I do not have any. It was just closed on their behalf for pretty much a petty reason. But either-way. Since then I used to get the emails. And since it was reopened. They obviously did not fully put my account email and phone number back into their marketing email and text lists. So I suspect it to be just as simple as that.

Obviously though, going forward it meant that because I did not get those emails. Nor did I get the text messages. It means that they did not get activated on my account. So if there was any deposit offers for spins or match bonuses. Then I did not get or see them activated as I did not get the emails. I think they only activate the promos on the accounts that get the emails. And as I did not get them it means they was not activated for me to benefit from.

IT still does not answer why they saw on their systems that I should have received them. As I said they listed some to me in the chat I had with them tonight. And they said they are listed on my account as delivered and opened. What ever that means. So who knows why they even show that they have been sent out to me on my account yet, I have not had any since 14/04/2018

I only get around 1-3 deposit bonuses a month From Leo. When I was under level 40 I got way more. I did get a VIP manager when I reached higher level and he do sometimes give me handouts. And they just keep saying the same. There still has not been an update? They have not or wont even say if it is even getting investigated or not? I mean without any email from them regarding it how on earth do I even know they will be investigating it? We need confirmation LV.

So please can you sort this out once and for all. I am still missing out on all the promo texts and emails for a year now.

I kicked off at leovegas the other day due to not even seeing a promo for the casino
I play there on the casino very regular yet since I have joined afew years ago I've only ever got the first join bonuses that's it all I ever get is sports bonuses which I have no interest what's so ever I contacted them and got a pointless remark about they are random .Jt I see same people online and others getting very regular bonuses

Leo Vegas have been my favorite casino now for months. I get free spins, match bonuses and super spins on deposits. Yesterday, I received a 100% match bonus so I went ahead and took it. Looks like they have gone to a sticky bonus now just like Royal Panda. The match bonus did not show up as it normally does so I went on to live chat where James explained to me that my real money had to be wagered 35x before the bonus money would be released. I was absolutely livid as there was nothing stated about the T&C's changing. I guess I could have found it but I would have thought they would inform their customers of this big change. I think royal panda gives you the bonus to play with.

LeoVegas says if you deposit $100 you have to wager your deposit 35x and if you do then they give you the 100% match to keep after. That is about the most stupid bonus system I ever heard. They went from a perfectly fine parachute bonus and mega spin to now garbage book of dead spins when you deposit and this horrible new wager system.

Just another casino ruining a good thing. I wont be playing there anymore with all these terrible offers. I guess maybe their old system wasnt working for them but I surely do not have to take part in this new one.

Oh and it might be nice for leovegas to have a pop up or email letting us know terms changed. But I guess when you change terms this badly, you want to hide it as long as possible.

I think you are right Lockinlove. Thinking back to the conversation I believe I misunderstood. It is not a great bonus as it used to be but I believe you can withdraw your funds at any time. I was under the impression that it was locked but I believe that if you want the bonus you need to wager your deposit 35x just as you said. Still not great compared to the previous bonuses but better then what I had initially thought. No more parachute.

So you get the bonus match and its treated as a prize. It does not get added to your account at all until 35x is wagered in the time frame of the bonus. So you play with your cash and can cashout at any time and if you make the 35x wager they give you the cash prize.

Rubbish then, I thought the whole idea of a bonus was to extend play time for those with smaller budgets etc OR to encourage players to send that days deposit to them instead of 'casino X'

This is like LV had gone back in time 15-16 years, when I used to play at The People Casino (Games Xtra) and Kerrching, this is how the bonuses worked and were added post wagering in cash, if you busted out that time, then the bonus would stay active until required wagering was met (from future / fresh deposits) and then auto credit.

This was back in 2003-2004 and I've not seen it in years ANYWHERE. as I say total CRAP and pointless

Surely they can come up with better ideas, I mean I have little experience of "inside industry" knowledge but even I could do better than this pile of out of date horse manure.

So just like I said. And the Rep even mentioned GDPR as an excuse which is just soo stupid. What is the purpose of a REP on CM if this is all they say. They are basically useless.

Thanks for clarifying Lockinlove. They had a great bonus system which is why they have seen almost all of my deposits this year I think I only cashed out once from the bonus money but had a ton of play time. Found I always won huge on the free spins which gave me anywhere from 1-2 weeks to try out games I have never played before.

Too bad. I really loved this casino.
