Question Do you guys watch slots streamers?

There was a fella some time ago, @fatsoplays - He disappeared from the forum and his twitch stream.
Hope he is doing allright, he was a genuine nice bloke and always played with stakes I can relate too.
When he hit a big win he was genuine happy and excited.

It was worth watching his stream just because of his massive viking beard and big glasses of beer.

Ah yes, the Finnish guy who always lay down and had bare feet lol..

hahaha thanks, guys! This is all super valuable advice. I really dislike those big-bet streamers, but it seems to me like those are the ones with most viewers. On youtube, their thumbnails with a BIG WIN screenshot in the background and their SUPER SHOCKED faces just make me cringe.

I also thought Roshtein was outed as fake a while back? Seems he's still got a huge following though.

No he wasn't. Not a single shred of evidence that he would be fake and wouldn't put too much weight on some casinodaddy smear campaign.

Actually by using Occam's razor everything points out to him being "real" with only thing supporting fake accusations is that he would perhaps be too expensive to casinos.

Ahhh okay! I just remembered that massive thread about his play-money balance or something on here, but I couldn't keep up with it all.

There was a fairly strong feeling/suspicion something was fishy, but in the end nothing could be proved, other than the fact he and the casino were promoting irresponsible gambling. [Hours of high stake spins several times a week, sometimes 4 games being played all at once on £10+ stakes.]

I tend to prefer watching mainly land based stuff, but I do really like Hideous Creature. He’s both funny and a really nice guy.

Rob :)

I try to catch Billy Bonanza/Billy Goldblum and Shaltar’s streams if I can. They bet reasonable amounts and they’re Canadian which helps me know which games I can play and where.

Letsgiveitaspin is genuinely a nice guy but he plays the same slots on his stream and it’s boring. Way too much Play ‘n Go and BTG.

I miss Fatso. He played a variety of slots and had an ingenious way of interacting with the chat in regards to choosing the games.

Sadly, most Twitch/YouTube “celebrities” have annoying personalities. For some reason, many people get hard over these fakes. Just the Sign ‘o the Times as Prince would say.

Well, I have to admit that I watch some recordings for research purposes, such as Wins of the Week on CG or the Labovsky guy. A few observations:

- None of the people I watched are real gamblers. Why? They have no clue what a combo will pay. Any real gambler knows (I do) within one session what the symbols are paying, yet these people play the same slots over and over and then throw the hands in the air in sheer shock and disbelief, only to utter the words "How much is it?" or along the lines.
- Streaming is just a standard addition to increase revenue and streamers jump on the opportunity in the same way that somebody is opening a fish&chips shop.
- A deposit is called a bullet or other words which contributes to people losing the meaning of the value money has.
- The entire malarkey is akin the tower of Babylon. It will keep growing until it crashes and that will happen rather sooner than later.
- You watch early videos of them and they scrape around with $0.40, $0.50 and $1 bets, going mental on a good win. Just a short period later they slounge in their chairs, looking bored or trying to appear like the coolest dudes and dudettes doing $5 - $20 bets like it is the most normal thing in the world, without ever reducing them when the balance is getting low (as we all normal mortals do) and then stick another $500 in and another $500 or whatever it is, all without blinking with an eye or thinking twice about it.
- All the while they are like, I think the right word is "carnival barkers", sign up here, sign up there, we checked it out, perfect casino, you get this and that. Yet, they don't even know the bonus rules for their offers.

Overall, I think it should not be allowed in the way it is done today. Displaying a 18+ logo and a few words saying "Play responsibly" is simply taking the p*ss when they throw away thousands in a short session.

Casinos giving them 100% and more bonuses for EVERY deposit are just as culpable and in my view big hypocrites because no normal player will ever be able to get such deals. Streamers should only get what others are entitled as it will give a real picture on what financial impact gambling has. But of course that is something casino operators do not want as they keep sticking it down our throats that gambling is recreational and fun, and they will do anything to keep that illusion.

I remember that complete dipstick the bandit tried to say on one of his video that him doing £40 spins was basically like a normal punter doing a £4 spin.

I cant really get my head around guys like Labowsky and spintwix doing an average stake of 6 euros a spin

They must be collecting some serious poppy off the mug punters.

Haha yeah, thats what gets me the most.
I watch bandits videos and the odd "biggest win" video on youtube, but the bandit is so nonchalant about the slots. He NEVER checks the paytable, and instead just guesses how the slot/features work.
And is always wrong.

"oh, i bet thats a retrigger" nope.
"Ah i see, so the multiplier increases with wins" nope

So frustrating, and imo really makes the videos alot worse.
Takes 1 minute to check the paytable before playing, and then you can explain to the viewers what is going on in features etc, instead of being clueless.

Wont be a problem for me when i start streaming, becausue my stream will only feature Dead or alive & Dead or alive clones.
Bwahhaa

I only watch BANDIT , i find everyone else annoying, Rockaroller is the worse ugh

And bears it will feature bears :cheerleader::lolup:

He is :

- Bald and old (40+ years)
- "Danske jävel" living in sweden (need to feel pity for him) :axeman2:

- Gambles normal bet size (0,5-2€)

- And his name is so... @Supersmask

I check metal casino stream when they have a interesting quest.

Love or hate Labowsky, I don't think he's "fake". He only plays on and promotes a select amount of well known casino's and does the same kind of bets everywhere. Whenever he does those 10k bonushunts it means he won that amount, he'll rarely start with that kind of deposit. He must do well on the sign-ups or making money in other ways to be able to afford the kind of bets he does. Anyway, he's the first streamer I stumbled upon and he seems to be the same down to earth person as way back then.

I agree with @Harry_BKK about the bonuses and also that all of them should practice what they preach about responsible gambling and play on more normal stakes.

I also agree regarding @Supersmask and @BillyBonanza , they play relatable stakes and are very nice guys who stream as a hobby instead of as a job. And let's not forget @interlog ;)

Hopefully people who want to watch gambling related content stumble upon the smaller streams and have a real look into playing slots instead of the fairy tales others are telling

If bandit did all this slot research, it wouldn't leave much room for his surprise and disappointment at the payouts; I've been playing rhino for about three years and have only this year fully worked out how the wins and ways pay

Remember you don't see his face either, although he did do a video once wearing a mask of the original bearded bell end from secret of the stones  that was quite funny actually. But the other streamers do that faux disbelief routine to camera when the win is counting up...clasping their head, moving around the room like they desperately need the toilet ...'it's still going' being a fav catchphrase of nickslots, to make the games seem more generous and amazing.

Bandit's played a fair bit of red tiger and blueprint over the years, and they are blinking confusing to work out the wins for imo, except you know they're never as good as they look

[ Harry's post above though is one of the best I've read regarding streamers, if I had a shield option he'd been awarded one. ]

Still watch a few but these streams are difficult to watch when you have a family :

Hypa: He only streams on Twitch now, which albeit is like YouTube, its full of adverts and a bit clunky. His YouTube videos of forcing slots etc are good but sadly YouTube videos are few and far between now.

Stopnstep : Not necessarily a streamer although his rare recent live stream was entertaining. Good range if videos every week especially his online ones.

Rocknrolla : His streams were entertaining and he didn't push his casino links too much down your throat. Having a break now so hopefully he will be back.

Watched a selection of the others mentioned, they seem to be followed daily by the work shy population waiting for the chance to win a £20 WH Smith voucher etc

hypalinx..yes he's a bit of a favourite of mine too, enjoy his kitchen updates and musings/rambles about gambling. I wait for his youtube updates rather than venture on twitch, but you're right they're getting a bit scarce. I seem to recall it was when utube were handing out lengthy bans to all and sundry slot channels that he moved over to twitch.

I think he said in the last online slots vid that he'd just bought a house  though I may have imagined that, maybe he'll do one of his tours at some point.

I think he has lost alot of the charm his videos used to have.
Only time he "shines up" nowadays is when he is doing £10-20k all or nothing gambles.
And thats just insanity (to me)

I believe he has, must have some money then, because if you were paying for gambling out of earnings that would make getting a mortgage very difficult, think he does alot of spread betting, not sure. Would love to know where Stopnstep gets his money from. Doesn't seem to be married etc which helps but he doesn't seem to be short of a few Bob.

Hypalinx has made his money from selling a company he was co-owner in. After that he invested in cryptocurrency and made some from that too. He doesn't gamble other than casino games.
