Do online casinos know your bet amount before dealing?

In my years of online casino playing, I've noticed many times that flat-betting a high amount, say $30 or $60 or $100 will trigger looong losing streaks. And these streaks WILL end on the first hand I revert back to the minimum bet. It doesn't matter if the losing streak is 7 in a row or 12 or 15, it ends on the first (ok, sometimes second) bet I go back to minimum. Go back to the higher bet amount and the another losing streak occurs.

It is not often that I'll flat bet high amounts but it never ceases to be that long losing streaks occurs when I do so. To me it appears that online casinos do know what amount I'm betting before the cards are dealt by their server.

If online casinos get regulated in the United States, I hope they allow 3rd party card dealing between the player and casino.

Makes me wonder if a live person is the virtual "eye in the sky" equivalent to land-based casinos. Are players known to do well in online casinos are assigned a live person when they log on? Do they have the ability to lean the winning outcome to the casino?

I doubt any casino would make it so obvious with losing streaks for bigger stakes and winning streaks for smaller stakes.

Many players tend to gamble less often with larger stakes, so any losses with larger stakes are magnified in the players mind. So much so that the perception can be that the game is rigged because they are losing more.

If we are to believe that the games are truly random, then this kind of software manipulation could not possibly be changed by the casino.
If it could, and players could prove this was the case, then the end result would be nobody would play at the casino. This would be a risk too far for any properly run casino to take.

Lets not forget that no matter how big your bankroll is, you will always have the opportunity to play more hands or spins with smaller stakes. With larger stakes these opportunities decrease, so does the statistical sample of having strange runs occur.

I have had this same sort of thing happen to me, on multiple software platforms. Without a doubt, the game changes when you hover at max bet. And then when you lose your 7th, 11th, or 14th hand in a row and hit ZERO....you go and convert a few bucks in comp points and BINGO! You win!

RTG is the absolute WORST though. I remember one occasion maybe 5 years ago I had a balance of $19,000. I had reached $20,000 at one point and being REALLY STUPID was determined to hit that plateau again before I cashed out:mad: Well I went to blackjack and played the table max of $250....playing 2 hands at a time. I have never seen a balance drop so fast as what happened in THAT particular session. It was pretty much the dealer winning 8 hands to every 1 that I won...until I hit $0:eek2:

I don't think cheating has something to do with betting amounts. The thing that trigging is amount that has been won. For example after $5,000, something start to happen. And they use a type RNG for this, too. So for a player it is $5,000 and for another it is $12,000, etc.

I thought it was just me but I definitely notice losing streaks when I upped my bet. Then when I get damned frustrated with that after doing pretty good with a lot lower bet, I lower my bet again and walla! The wins magically come back for a time. Pile of crap.....then you get sucked dry faster than before.

no vaginia its not your imagination

I have noticed that too.. I have taken notice of this in the past 10 weeks
and I even said outloud after I upped the better but before i activated the slots, here comes another loosing streak and you watch everyone will be either a looser or 1/3 what I bet in a small win. mostly a looser though. then when you switch back .. i say to myself. the wins will start ... nearly with out fail. this happens.
