This morning I talked to Crazy Vegas Casino about them not showing RTP's in their games, also had sent them MGA rules yesterday. I was told that as of the end of March, VPL will be pulling out of MGA and closing Crazy Vegas down. This will leave Casino Mate and Golden Riviera left. So who does that leave them with outside the UK for licensing? He didnt know as that was for the seniors, management to answer and the won't take calls or emails from players.

Sounds like something is in a downward spiral.

I don't know the whole story, so can only speculate, but the conversation went like this.
Me- You have to post the RTP to players as required by law. The mere fact that my RTP play time is 71% shows how important this is.
VIP Host- One minute Jen. I talked to a senior and was told it's up to the casino, and we are pulling out of MGA come the end of March. Crazy Vegas will no longer be, and only Casino Mate and Golden Riviera.
Me- So who will be licensing you guys?
VIP Host- I have no idea.
So basically they are running from the new laws, and that is disturbing beyond means. How can anyone deposit not knowing what they are getting? Its the higher ups that have no face that we have to watch.

They used to be Microgaming, and since UK players have to be given the RTP for all games, and MG have the same RTP for all casinos for their games, it's not that hard to determine the RTP of the MG games there. Indeed, any game that is available to UK players and that is also set to one RTP across the board can be found for any player.

Maybe their mistake was in leaving the UK market, they seem to be a ghost of their former selves, and are now abandoning the MGA which probably means abandoning the EU. Maybe they are looking to return to the USA, but that will mean having to ditch games from the big providers other than RTG.

They got rid of Maple last year when they launched the new platform and still stayed in the EU. I think its a case of not abiding by the rules that are coming out that they are pulling out of MGA. While I understand that microgaming has one RTP, they still have other providers, and they are being blatant about not providing the RTP on each game. Sort of " what are you going to do about it". I really love the staff that works there. They will chat with you on the phone and treat you with respect, but they are pawns to the owners. And my gut, which is rarely wrong, tells me something not good is going on :(

THAT is the most disturbing information!

I didn't know that and am still listing them on my website... but when I clicked one of my own banners it went to a scummy affiliate site which is listing rogue casinos :mad:
This group really are heading for the gutter... fast.

32Red just announced they are closing 4 of their casinos too - the end of the road for MG download casinos is getting closer day by day :(

Im keeping my eyes open to see who licenses them come the end of March. That is my main concern. Two years ago I posted about their money trail and everyone ignored me. I got a cheque from them, and a friend was able to trace the cheque from Isle of Mann, Money holding house in Vancouver Canada, another bank ( private) in Toronto and then to me. Chain of events before it got to me took 12 hours and I received it Fedex 24 hours later.

Something is up with this company for sure. Given everything thats been said on here is concerning especially since they have been closing alot of their casinos. I spoke to live chat about 2 weeks ago about the status of an old account and they pretended they werent from the same group. It was really strange and not sure why they were doing that. They pretended not to be related to crazy vegas and casino-mate. Then when I tried to go to a couple of their casinos they just took me to some crappy site.

They have closed 5 out of their 8 casinos down. Its a shame, there are getting less and less of just MG casinos. I like a good microgaming sessions from time to time and not have to bother skimming through or being tempted to play other providers.

I said 2 years ago, and consistently since, Viper was antiquated and dying on its feet. There goes your proof. It's a memory-heavy, crappy and unreliable piece of software that's years behind multiplatform downloads like Slots Magic and the flash-based multiplatform casinos. You've also got dreary and outdated slots of which you probably only ever play 10 maybe? Good riddance to it.

They havent used viper in almost 7 months. I posted last year when they went multi. Both you and KK knew about this and even posted. It was also at that time that Bryan put them in the grey zone because there was no active rep. This is a down world spiral, from what remains to be seen. What everyone seems to be missing is that I posted because they are leaving MGA and refuse to follow guidelines. Those should be the important issues right now :)

Yes, and it was sensible of them to get rid on Viper and go multi, but I absolutely agree that to have no decent recognized jurisdiction is a bit step backwards and a source of concern. I used to play at their casinos before the UKGC licensing came in back in April 2016 and they were decent, so it's a shame.

See a pattern here? UKGC comes in and VPL ditches the UK market. Now they are getting rid MGA. My friend who followed that cheque a couple of years ago own a cheque cashing place, and he out right refused to cash it because of the trail it went.

I will SERIOUSLY miss a good old viper session, makes slotting as its supposed to be. Hoping 32 Red hang on for as long as poss.........

fortune lounge still gives you the option to use the download client. They seem to be hanging onto it. They have flash now which I do use alot but I do like firing up the download sometimes too. Hope they keep it around. I think at least one provider will always keep it around so they can be the only ones of something.
