I received this email in the morning from a RTG casino. I didn't notice anything wrong when I was playing there (probably I didn't pay attention) but it looks like there was an error in the software. Am I the only victim? (Not complaining for the $105 compensation though)

Dear BZSMILE,

As you may already know, an error existed in our online gaming software
that prevented you from being paid properly on splits in Blackjack
games while playing on a Coupon Bonus. In conjunction with RealTime
Gaming, our software provider, we have established a program whereby affected players will receive reimbursement for all instances of failures of the
software to reward you properly for your play.

In order to fully compensate you for the amounts that you should have
been paid on these splits, we have credited your casino account with
$105.00.

We and RealTime Gaming sincerely regret that these errors in the
software occurred. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact any of our Customer Support personnel.

Regards,

Casino Manager

Wow, RTG is sorting something out again! :eek2:

I am glad to read this though and hope that all players will get their part. -Especially at the darker outfits of this group...

I'd look very closely at that $105 in the account, if I were you...It probably has a 15x WR attached. After what a certain casino pulled on me with a certain promotion, I've become very skeptical of casinos putting unexpected funds into my accounts.

Thanks for the advice.
