So its been a week and according to policy all withdrawals are paid on Monday. My withdrawal is still pending. I asked customer service and he says oh it takes 18 days. I said what about the weekly withdrawal limit of $1500, he said yes its been a week but you cant withdraw again until tomorrow. The tone was rude, totally unlike when I was playing and the customer service rep kept calling me buddy and offering me bonuses and being extremely nice. Now they act as if i did something wrong. I did contact noah and he said he couldn't change the weekly withdrawal limit but all my documents were fine and my withdrawal was fine. That being said why would I have to wait 18 days (business days) at this rate it would take 6 months or more for them to pay the entire amount they owe me. I have yet to have anyone from finance or management return an email or phone call. Sure took the wind out of my sails. Try celebrating a big win when you cant get paid.
Further damning evidence of rogue behaviour. A sudden change of tone from when you were losing. It seems even Noah can no longer "smooth things out", and now they have this novel concept of the 8 day week, which buys them an extra day for each installment, on top of an 18 day timescale for payment.
It really DOES look like they are throttling payment volumes as much as they can get away with, rather than paying as fast as they can.
It matters little that this is Diceland, rather than Diamond VIP or Rome, it's all Morriyen Investments/Top Game - different skins, same people and levels of service. They are not going to need Affactive to get involved to destroy their business, they seem to be quite capable of this by themselves.
Each time they do this to a player that isn't one of their top flight VIPs so "doesn't matter", they risk having them post a negative review. There are more players who have suffered this than there are top VIPs who DO get far better treatment. Their VIP players may well stick with them, but NEW players are going to be put off by all the negative reviews, and as VIP players leave, they are going to be hard to replace. This could eventually make the business non-viable, and even VIP players will start suffering payment delays.
The way Rome/Top Game dealt with the DDos attack has made them look like "a bunch of amateurs" operating a casino business from a country with no proper regulation. It has done Affactive no favours either, making them look like "a bunch of criminals" similarly operating from a country with no proper regulation. Their prey is the US player, limited to a choice between one rogue or another, because all the reputable operators have pulled out of the market, except for a very small number that use "rogue" software in order to access the US market, but operate with the ethics of a responsible and well run business, hoping to gain the trust of players based on their past behaviour.
