So I played at Diceland years and years ago, back when I had no clue about where to play. I don't remember depositing much but they always gave me small monthly amounts for a bonus and I would just save them up and play for free every 6 months or so. I made a withdrawal once for a small amount and I remember it going smoothly but I never deposited again.
So I log in today and I had $184.14 in there (I always get a bunch for my birthday) but for some reason I couldn't play any games. Every time I tried to play a game I got a message saying that my bonus would not allow this game. So I went to live chat to ask what games I could play since it didn't seem I could play the slots. So Nathan, the chat rep, tells me that he can tell me what games are excluded...
And then he lists them all, LOL. Every single one of them. Slots, poker, roulette, video poker, etc etc.
He told me that the bonus was given by the old management but that the new management "in town now" and he would fix all of that... for a deposit of $50. Honestly, lol, he said that if I deposited $50 he would allow me to "play all the games that Diceland had to offer"
I was like, Wow! you're going to let me play the games at your casino - that's awesome! Of course I was being sarcastic but he was like "Yes, absolutely, the whole casino will be yours and I'll restore your full bonus balance right now. But you have to deposit $50 right now with me" He was like some bad car salesman... he must have said "Here's what I can do for you now" like 8 times.
It was a total hostage situation of the money they gave me, lol. Of course I said thanks but no thanks and told him to close my account. So he comes back with "Well in this one case I will accept a deposit of $25, but only this once" I just laughed closed and deleted the casino.
So anyhow, I'm not sure who they are sister casinos of or who their new management is, or if it is even relevant to anyone, but I figured I'd share this in hopes that it will help someone to never ever deal with casinos like this one
