So I played at Diceland years and years ago, back when I had no clue about where to play. I don't remember depositing much but they always gave me small monthly amounts for a bonus and I would just save them up and play for free every 6 months or so. I made a withdrawal once for a small amount and I remember it going smoothly but I never deposited again.

So I log in today and I had $184.14 in there (I always get a bunch for my birthday) but for some reason I couldn't play any games. Every time I tried to play a game I got a message saying that my bonus would not allow this game. So I went to live chat to ask what games I could play since it didn't seem I could play the slots. So Nathan, the chat rep, tells me that he can tell me what games are excluded...

And then he lists them all, LOL. Every single one of them. Slots, poker, roulette, video poker, etc etc.

He told me that the bonus was given by the old management but that the new management "in town now" and he would fix all of that... for a deposit of $50. Honestly, lol, he said that if I deposited $50 he would allow me to "play all the games that Diceland had to offer"

I was like, Wow! you're going to let me play the games at your casino - that's awesome! Of course I was being sarcastic but he was like "Yes, absolutely, the whole casino will be yours and I'll restore your full bonus balance right now. But you have to deposit $50 right now with me" He was like some bad car salesman... he must have said "Here's what I can do for you now" like 8 times.

It was a total hostage situation of the money they gave me, lol. Of course I said thanks but no thanks and told him to close my account. So he comes back with "Well in this one case I will accept a deposit of $25, but only this once" I just laughed closed and deleted the casino.

So anyhow, I'm not sure who they are sister casinos of or who their new management is, or if it is even relevant to anyone, but I figured I'd share this in hopes that it will help someone to never ever deal with casinos like this one :p

did u ask if it was possible to withdraw the balance instead ;) .....you could have made a counter offer that once the entire withdrawal hits your account, you'll deposit 20$ for sure...

It would be very funny if it wasn't so appalling.

I receive an email every so often from one of these Top Game rogues (where I signed up when TG first popped up and before we all knew better) telling me I have $xxx dollars in free chips in my account.

A few months ago, when the amount was around $450, I enquired about the WR and cashout terms. I was told the balance consisted of around 90 x $5 free chips and that the WR was 80x, and that I could only cashout the max for the $5 chip which was $10 (IIRC), after which the entire balance including all the other chips would be removed.

LMAO. I just laughed and closed the chat.

Now THAT'S really bad. Holy crap, I wonder how they get away with this stuff!!

I sent an email to officially close my account and I actually got a email from the original diceland management. Apparently they still have control over their support email but new management has control over their live chat. So the new email said that they can't close the account because they have no dealings with diceland anymore but they have moved to a new casino if I wanted to play there.

It's called Casino Fiz and it's a Rival. Yes, you read that right - Casino Fiz.

So for fun, I went to go check out their terms and conditions and lo and behold I found this gem -

    Withdrawal terms and conditions
    1. All deposits that are lower than 250 credits (not including) will automatically have a maximum withdrawal amount equal to x10 the amount of deposit for that specific game session (i.e. the time between depositing and the balance becoming zero). Additional deposits will not change the withdrawal amount unless the balance was zero at the time of the deposit.
    2. Remaining balances beyond the x10 withdrawal will be returned to the Casino and cannot be withdrawn.

So, they are at it again... I mean, come on. Not even on a bonus... just because you didn't deposit more than $250.00. It's outrageous as they all are that do this.

Hopefully no one gets lured in by this casino!

I didn't even think about that... perhaps since he is like a car salesman, I should try to haggle with him ;)

That's a term that a lot of those crappy Top Game casinos had - except it was $249.

Total crap that's for sure :)

Good haggle ideas by the way, always worth a shot even just for a good laugh ^^

@ Nifty, cheers, i have about the same amount in my Rome and Rich Casino accounts, and was on the vergeof temptation of doing exactly what you did, so you saved me the time to install and chat, yet got me the good laugh still:p
