Hello - yes I know they are not on the approved list. Choices are a little limited in the US and I have enjoyed playing here. But last Saturday it went down for "server upgrades." It still isn't back. My CSR there keeps telling me it is just server upgrades and it will be available soon. I've never heard of it taking four days to do server upgrades. Any thoughts? I have money sitting there and we were in the middle of a nice tournament in which I was doing well.

Yea, that's a long time for server upgrades. Things like this are probably what help keep casinos like this from being accredited. I do know that their are members here that play there. You might want to pm Diane and see if she knows any info concerning the servers at Diamond VIP. I know she likes to play there if my memory serves me correctly.

Top Game has had server issues for a number of weeks now. Not sure what the status of that is, but I also couldn't sign on this weekend.

Looks like an unplanned upgrade, else they wouldn't have run this tournament. Top Game suffered DDOS attacks not too long ago, so it is possible they have been attacked again, or are hurredly responding to an immediate threat by upgrading their servers.

4 days is a long time, however Neteller managed to take almost as long when implementing an upgrade that was expected to take 6 hours, and received a fair bit of bad PR from players unable to access their money for 3 days.

The Top Game reps were banned from here, so are unable to respond directly to this issue.

Latest on Diamond and another Top Game

Don't remember the other name besides Diamond VIP, but both are going through "major reconstruction" - this information from "Mark," a sales rep for Rome partners that I have always found a little slimy. Most of the CSR's at Diamond have been excellent, and now I work directly with OG. They are recommending people transfer to Diceland - supposedly same casino group, same software. I will give it a try and see. Has anyone here had any experience with Diceland?

As a point that gets lost sometimes, a LOT of casinos are not Accredited and not Rogued - but in between, like Diamond VIP.

Nice to know there is another person here who likes the site. I have felt very alone......

It was very frustrating. I was in the middle of two lucrative and hard to get bonus rounds on Gone Fishing and Mad Orchestra when the site went down.

But when it went back up yesterday, I logged in and resumed play exactly where I left off on those two games for a nice win.

You should be just fine by now.....??

Yup, I do.

I knew it was a major problem and they had us switch over to Diceland (a sister casino) and counted all our play towards their big holiday tournament. Back up and running right now.

"Mark" is a little weird and I can see where the slimy could come from.

OG is awesome though and very responsive.

I played Diceland for a short while as an alternative yesterday. It was "fun" and a bit more funky than DVC.
